It had been a while for me to recover, but all I had after leaving the hospital was just to take it easy and not so much for a few days.
It felt better since Nathaniel dropped me off at school rather meet up with others since that would take longer.
Nathaniel stopped the car and looked over at me.
"All right, just be careful today?" he asked me.
"I promise," I said kissing him after that. "I love you."
"I love you too."
I opened the door and turn to tell Nathaniel:"I'll see you later, babe."
He smiled and then I closed the door and headed inside the school.

I was walking down the hallway to my locker when I saw Rose and Selena waiting.
I look to see them holding something behind their back.
When I got over to them, I asked: "What is it that you have?"
"It is this," Selena said taking out a card.
It had pictures of all of us and some other pictures on the cover, and I opened it to see the two of them wrote how much they loved me and stuff.
I smiled with all happiness.
"I love it..." I told them.
I hugged the two of them.
"We figured so," Selena joked.
I opened my eyes to see Melody by her locker and waved to me.
I gave her a notice too with smiling and then she went back to talking to her friends.
We all let go and then I opened my locker to see some more surprising stuff in there with more cards and other things.
"Who got into my locker and did this?" I said looking at Rose and Selena.
Selena looked at Rose and then Rose looked surprised.
"Who, me?" she suggested.
"Did you?" I said almost laughing.
Rose made a face. "Sort of...?"
"We knew your password to the combination and we had people who cared about you to put something in there for you," Selena added.
I looked at all of the stuff in there from cards to notes and even something wrapped in a box.
"What's the box?" I said.
"Oh yeah, you know Bengie?" Selena asked me.
"Of course... The senior guy with the big party?"
"High School, yeah. He got you a big cupcake he said that you liked."
"Oh, I thought Ken gave me that cupcake that day we felt gloomy.
"Oh, it was?" Selena asked me.
"Bengie made that one!" Rose said pointing at the bottom of the locker.
I looked and saw it and picked it up and said: "It is, actually..."
"Seems like the top one might be from Ken."
"You think... Ken's the new Aster?" I suggested.
Rose and Selena seemed shocked by that idea.
"You think so?" Rose thought.
"Possibly since he never really talked to us since his friends had to be switched from his classes," I told them. "He talks to me in my math class, so yeah... Selena has some thoughts about him too..."
Selena hit my arm and said, "I don't!"
I laughed.
"No abuse, Selena, a child is still in pain," I told her.
Rose, Selena and I went to our classes after the chat.
