#8 - Needs To Happen

Natalie's P.O.V.

Una and I had been discussing this whole thing about her and Aster. 

One of my classes was weird since I had to sit next to Aster for a project and I couldn't stop thinking over and over about it. 

It finally just got to me to just say it all to him.

After class, I stopped Aster and I said: "Hey Aster, wait!"

He looked at me and said, "What is it?"

"Una has a crush on you!"

He looked shocked and didn't answer me. 

He just seemed so shocked that he couldn't answer anymore like he had witnessed a crime happened or something.

After I said that, he just looked around and then said: "I figure you would've admitted it."

"Huh?" I said.

"I knew she was liking me since she saw my the first day of college. I just saw her looking at me a lot and just trying to not make it seem normal."

I was shocked now, and then I said: "Well, that was all I had to say."

We both separated our ways to our next class, and then I kept thinking over and over about what to do next.

*AFTER SCHOOL*

Nathaniel and I had been together at the park. 

"Do you think what I did was wrong or no?" I asked him.

"Telling Aster that she liked him?" he said. "I might think it's weird since you said it instead of herself."

"She was just really embarrassed to tell him, but she promised me to ask him. So, it seems like a bit fine if I did it?"

"Yeah, but he expects her to say it. I know you would be the same way too."

"Well, look who's actually correct..."

He smiled and then he said, "That's why I know you a whole lot."

I kissed him and then I said: "Same for me too."

We both later the park to go home, and along the way, I got texts from Una. 

She was really shocked to see that he liked her too, but she was just happy that I told him about me. 

Seems like some girls are really scared to tell who they like in person since they think of how good they look or something. 

I was the same way too, but it's weird when you have a boyfriend and you say it. 

Now I just want McDonald's.
