I got up to see jake walk to the other room as i see james sleeping and i notice that i still had jakes sweater.
I walk to the other room and see jake talking to some guy.

"Hey kid i got you the present."

"Wow thanks he will love this, how is your wife?"

"She is great she is back to the way she was maybe even better."

"Thats good to hear."

"Its all thanks to you, if you ever need me i am at the top of the building down the next 4 blocks anything happens you are always welcomed there."

"Thanks thats good to know, here take these 4 MREs they should help you out."

"Thanks good luck to you man."

The man leaves and jake looks at the gift the man gave to him.

"Ugh jake what is that?"

"A spiderman toy and a necklace."

"What is the neckless of?"

"A half ripped face of spiderman."
*rips the other half off*

"Anything on the back?"

"It says, my hero."

"Aww thats cute."

"Ya i guess so."

"What was the gift you got james."

"I stole a bracelet that has his name from one of the stores that sells those things with names."

"Thats cool i think he will like that."

"Ya what time is it?"  

"Ugh let me check."
*looks at watch*
"10 o clock."

"Lets get some more rest he will wake up around 2 or 3."

"Oh okay."

We walked to the other room and jake went to a corner where he sleeps sitting and i went to the towel bed.

"Sleep tight jake."

"Ha okay you too."

10 MINUTES LATER

Jake is asleep and i am over here shivering while he is sleeping like its hot in here same for james these guys sleep like if they are in a nice temperature room.
I walk to jake to see if i could sleep with him so i could be warm, i cant lie to my self i just want to be closer to him.

"Jake hey jake."

"Ya what is it?"

"I am cold could i sleep with you?"

"Ha ya sure."

As he said that he smirked at me and i he laid in the floor putting his arm out as for a pillow, i laid next to him using his arm which later i ended up putting my head on his chest.
I hear his heart beating bum bum bum
He ended up hugging me with the arm he put out his body was warm i started to shiver again and he held me tighter i started to blush a little.

"Its okay melinda i got you."

I started blushing like crazy pretending like i was sleeping.

2 HOURS LATER

"Guys wake up wake up guys its my birthday!"

I awake and lift my head to see james than i look down and see that i was on top of jake as his hands were on my back i started to blush.

"Well good morning linda."

"Oh ugh hey ugh morning wait did you just call me linda."

"Ya whats wrong with that."

"Nothing just no one ever called me that."

"Oh i see."

"Ha ya oh sorry let me ugh get off of you."

"Haha ya."

I got up from jake and quickly walked to the other.
"Happy birthday james."

"Thanks melinda."

"Happy birthday buddy how old are you now?"

"I am 7 now jake i am 7."

"Wow your so big now."

"Yes he is james you are a big kid now."

"Thats good right."

"Jake tell him its a good thing."

"James being a big kid is really good you are stronger smarter you can do so much now."

"Jake i dont think i can do it."

"Look james you are already doing it melinda could you bring him the gifts."

"Thai has your name on it cause i know you ways liked things with your name on it."

His eyes widened as i gave him the gift.

"Ya your welcome james."

I see james put the bracelet and neckless on
But the bracelet seemed big on his wrist,
He was so happy i honestly teared up a little.

He was so happy seeing my brother like that made me happy i forget that we are surviving on oranges MREs and some bananas that are starting to turn brown, but other than that we are still alive. day 8.
