DYING LIGHT

Round two

The one with the hatchet began to swing at me as I blocked his hits with my bad he began to swing harder and harder but not as fast.

"What are you going to do brat."

"Working on it."

"I started to crawl backwards while blocking his attacks I picked up some sand on the floor as threw it as his face he rubbed his eyes and I got up.

I hit him once on his leg and he swung his hatchet cutting my left arm I blocked it but not a full block it went into my arm but not so bad that I won't be able to use it.

"Okay brat let's play dirty."

Once he said that he pulled another hatchet out and how he has two.

"Let's do this!"

I began to get really really mad. And he started to charge at me I ducked dodged blocked his attacks and that's all I was doing I could not attack back.

He than started to slow down and with each of my block I pushed a little.

"Kill the kid already."

"What do you think I am doing."

I blocked his right hatchet and ducked for his left on once I ducked I punched him right in the stomach not doing much since I am just a kid.

He looked down at me and kicked me I flew back landing on my back he than started to walk to me as my hand reached for a rock.

But he got to me before I could get it
He than got ready to do the final strike.

*gunshot*

Right before I knew it the guy in top of me fell to my side and the other guy ran off.

"Hey kid you okay."

"Ya I am okay who are you."

"Names Jordan this is my crew."

"Hi my name is Jessica."

"Hanna."

"Carlos."

"My name is jake thanks for helping me out."

"No problem...how old are you?"

"I am 15 I have a base with my little brother and a friend."

"Is it only you three, where are your parents?"

"My parents I have no clue but I know they are in the poor district."

"He means the slums."

"Ya that place, they are there."

"We were planning on heading over there do you want to come with us?"

"Well I would have to see if my brother is okay with that."

"Well let's go talk to him."

"Okay just follow me."

Can I really trust these guys I mean like the guys they are buff and have paddings all over their body's and the girls look strong and fast.

But they did save me so I guess I got to do something might as join with them.
