Dear Corinne,
Today is the first day of Christmas break. Tomorrow my dad and I are driving up to Sudbury in Northern Ontario to visit family. Things like this are huge. Everyone comes; Granny cooks the turkey too long, Uncle Ben complains about it, Grandpa has a few too many drinks, Aunt Bea knits matching scarves for all the kids, and my cousins and I go toboganning on this super steep hill. One of my cousins broke his arm last year going down that hill.
I'm just happy for the break from that hell hole they call "School."
