It was black for a moment. Alyssa remembered something from three years ago.

Alyssa was sitting at home. It was... Lonely. She lived there alone, and she kinda preferred it that way. She read books, and fantasized about boys and girls and lived a happy life. She lived out in the middle of nowhere, so secluded that it would be impossible to find unless you were told about it. No one visited her. She didn't really want anyone to. Least of all her brother.

So imagine her horror when there was a knock on the door, and as she opened it, his face greeting her like a slap.

"Hey, sis." He smiled.

Alyssa didn't really know what to do. One part of her told her to aim for her brother's Adam's apple and see if she could rip it out... Another said that she needed to jab her nails into his eye sockets and see if she could reach his brain. The actual sensible part of her was screaming that right now was the time to run.

"Your hair looks nice."

"Get away from me." She said.

"Easy... Jeez, is that any way to greet your brother?"

"Drake, you can't be here."

Drake stood back a bit, and pushed his fringe away from his eyes. He smiled sadly, and looked at the ground.

"Remember when we were kids? I mean, back when we were actually kids, not forever stuck in the bodies of adolescents, when we just got away from dad. You used to cry over the stupidest things. I'd tease you about something and you'd be sobbing... You were so much different. Back then you were happy. You honestly didn't hate anything... You liked boys and fought with me and you hated all my girlfriends and you'd always steal my stuff... I miss that."

"Came back from the dead to tell me that? You shouldn't have wasted your time." She said coldly.

"I need you. I don't remember anything about the last thirty years and it's suddenly the twenty first century."

"Nothing?"

"Nothing."

"You shouldn't even be here." She said, and glared at him.

"I guess that's true."

"I don't trust you, and I have more than enough reasons for you to leave. Please. Leave before I make you. If you knew what happened in the last thirty years, you wouldn't even be here." She glared at him... But she was afraid.

For a second, Drake paused... "Alyssa, please. I don't have anyone else." Drake said. "Don't make me beg you to be my sister. You're all I have."

"You need to leave."

"Did I do something to you? I... I can't apologise enough... Alyssa... Please... If I've wronged you... I am so sorry... I am so very sorry... And maybe I can't ask your forgiveness... But... I sincerely don't remember... I need to know... Why did I come back to earth?"

Alyssa began crying... She didn't say anything, but couldn't stop... She smiled, through her fear, knowing full and well, the only reason she was still alive was because Drake couldn't remember Michael. And she didn't want to be here when he did.

"Just... Come inside... I guess I owe you that much..."

She snapped back to reality. She smelled something like sulphur. It made her eyes water. She knew where she was. Limbo. Whoever that demon was, it dragged the three of them into Limbo.
