Chapter 5

The sun shone through the giant glass door and into Lerman's room. Lilli sat up sleepily and turned to see him gone. She yawned and  got up. She was still wearing the ridiculous night gown, probably courtesy of Jessie. It made her embarrassed to think Lerman saw her in this, she might as well be naked! 

Lilli found her clothes her clothes in the bathroom with a note on top: 

                                                                              Lilli- phootshoot emergency. Jess                                                                                                                                        is a bitch. I'll call you later.

Lilli sighed and got dressed. After she was cleaned up, she limped downstairs and asked for a ride home. She was exhausted. And her leg really hurt.

                                                                                   3 weeks later

"Pizzas here!" Lerman called up to Lilli. She was sprawled out on his couch reading a magazine.

"Kay!" She called back and stood up. She stumbled forwards dizzily. "Whoa!" She steadied herself and followed the smell of pizza. 

Lerman handed her a plate "Hmmm," Lilli said and took a huge bite.

She was starving. She shoveled more in and took a diet Coke out of the fridge. She took a giant gulp. "Okay, are you starving yourself?" Lerman said sarcastically. 

Lilli made a face, but suddenly, she felt sick. She stopped chewing and held her stomach. "Are you okay?" Lerman asked but no sooner had he said that, then he was covered in vomit. 

Lilli stopped, then threw up again. "Could you aim somewhere else? Oh, god that's disgusting!" Lerman said tyring to brush the crap off his shirt. 

Lilli sat on the ground and wretched everything she had up. Lerman knelt besides her. "You don't look so good. Do you want me to take you home?" He asked. Lilli nodded. He gently scooped here up and headed for the car.

Lilli sat on her couch with Jane at her feet. "You threw up on him?" Jane laughed hysterically. 

Lilli nodded in embarrassment. Jane suddenly stopped laughing. "Do you have any apple sauce?" Lilli pointed to the fridge. Jane got up and brought Lilli some apple sauce. "I hate apple sauce." Lilli protested. 

Eat it!" Jane said. Lilli slowly took a bite. Her eyes widened. "Oh no, No barfing on me!" Jane said and dived behind the couch. 

Lilli laughed "No actually I like it!" Jane popped back up. "I knew it!" She said smiling. 

"Knew what?" Lilli asked confused. 

"You love what you hate and hate what you love!" Lilli stared at her blankly. "Think about it," Jane said "You puked up pizza and diet coke on Logan, er, sorry Lerman. Three things you like . And now you like apple sauce, which you have always hated." 

Lilli looked confused. "Stand up!" Jane ordered. 

"No." Lilli said. 

"Why? Because you get dizzy." Jane said matter-o-factually. 

Lilli's eyes widened. "See?" Jane said smiling. "It all makes sense, your pregnant!"
