Lerman started to hyperventilate. She couldn't be dead. Not now. Not ever. Fabian had the police on the phone. The ambulance would be here in a matter of minutes. Lerman was holding her now. He was talking to her in a hushed, fervent, whisper, as if she would hear.
Fabian heard the sirens and saw the vehicle pull up to where Lilli and Lerman were. The paramedics hopped out, and laid Lilli on a stretcher. They shocked her with a defibrillator and tried to perform CPR. Lerman never ler go of her hand. They pulled her into the back of the ambulance and Lerman climbed in after them.
The paramedics climbed up front. With a simultaneous shake of their heads, Fabian knew it was hopeless. Fabian sat on the ground. The famous Logan Lerman would be a mess. Logan wasn't the only person who had loved her. Fabian was just a shadow in high-school. So he dropped out.
Besides the girl he had loved since their 9th grade summer, didn't even know he existed. After he dropped out, his parents disowned him. This was the only place that would except him, And they told him who would get to 'work with'.
Fabian snapped back in reality when he saw a shadow dash across the lot. Damen. Carrying two bundles. Fabian sprinted. He would not ler him hurt Lilli's children. Even if they weren't his own, this would be a honor of Lilli's memory. And then he would return them to Logan. And Fabian knew he couldn't live without Lilli. "I'll just have to go 'visit her.' Fabina thought, "And stay there."

Lilli
Lilli saw Lerman! It was actually Lerman! Lilli was sooo happy. She saw a bright star in the distance. Lilli stood up and walked over to it. She turned back and saw herself lying on the ground, Fabian and Lerman at her side. Lilli turned back around and saw her Grandma smiling at her. "Grandma!" Lilli shouted and ran to give her a hug.
"Hello Lilli," she laughed and kissed her forehead. Lilli laughed. She still looked the same. White fluffy hair, big glasses, check.
"What's going on?" Lilli asked curiously. Her grandma smiled.
"Your brave sweet heart, But as much as I would love to be with you, it's not your time." Lilli smiled wavered.
"What?"
"Take care of my great grand-children!" Her grandma's image started to fade.
"Grandma!" Lilli called.
"I will always love you..." her grandma whispered.
