I wake up with a pounding headache and an aching body. Even with all this pain all I could think of is the angel in my arms. I stared at her face and studied every bit of it. For a moment my headache was gone and my body felt fine because all I could think of was Denise in my arms sleeping soundly.

I had to pull away though to drink some medicine. I noticed she's already prepared  some aspirin and water for me. I drink it up and head to the bathroom to freshen up.

When I came out I see Denise stretching. She sees me and smiles lightly.

"What happened last night? How'd I get here?" I ask

"You don't remember anything?" She says

"Last thing I remember is drinking way too many shots in a bar" I say

"Well you came here in the middle of the night and...apologized for what happened." She says

"Oh yeah...look can I explain" I say but she cuts me off

"No. I already know. You were never with Renzel, you were out buying something for me. Right?" She says and I nod

"Sit down. I'm gonna explain" she says and I take a seat

She explains everything to me and I clench my fist wanting to punch the living daylights out of Renzel and Marius. I can't believe she betrayed us!! I thought she changed. I guess bitches will always be bitches.

"I vaguely remember Adrienne explaining what happened and how Renzel was able to do all that. I didn't really pay attention I was busy drinking" I say

"She knows about all this?" She says with a frown

"I guess I don't know. Tristan was the only one listening to what she was talking bout" I say and I remember the gift I had for her

"I'm going to freshen up. And you're going to freshen up. And we're going on a date." I say holding her hand

"Okaayyy? Why?" She asks

"Because I wanna take my beautiful girlfriend out on a date." I say with a wink and she blushes

" Okay I'll be going now" I give her a quick kiss and she waves bye and I leave a happy guy.
