Complicated

Denise's POV

I fell asleep after crying and eating ice cream. The last thing I remember was Brian carrying me up to my room and tucking me in bed.

I was woken up though by my doorbell ringing over and over again. I dragged myself downstairs and open the door rubbing my eyes.

"Denise!!" Seal says and you don't have to be Sherlock to find out he's drunk. He reeks of alcohol.

"Seal?! What are you doing here?!?!" I say and pull him in

"I needed to talk to you." He says suddenly all serious. He takes my hand and takes a deep breath.

"Denise I know I'm drunk as fuck right now but you gotta listen to me. Take everything I say seriously. I'm so sorry. Okay? I'm so fucking sorry. I don't know when I even had sex with Renzel but I'm just sorry I screwed up and that I didn't listen to you. All I remember doing today was thinking of how to ask you to prom and then buying what I need for it. I'm sorry. I'm so damn sorry. All I know is that I don't want us to break up. Please. You're my life. My everything. You're the reason I wake up everyday. You're the reason my life has changed for the better. You're the center of my life and my world. You're all that matter to me." He says and takes my chin and makes me look at him in the eyes

"Life is fucking crazy but it's crazier without you." He says and kisses me

My head spins and I don't know what to think about. I don't know what else to do but kiss him back. His lips taste like alcohol but he kisses me with so much love. We eventually pull away though and he looks into my eyes.

"Seal...you're drunk." I say and he faintly smiles

"Drunk words are sober thoughts" he says

"Come on. We'll talk about this Tomorrow." I say about to walk off but he pulls be back to him

"Can I sleep with you" he says sheepishly

I smile and bring him upstairs and prepare some aspirin and water for him when he wakes up. I see he removed his shirt and pants and is just in his boxers. I blush bright red and lay next to him. He pulls me into him and cuddles me.

"Denise,I love you so much." He says and after a while I hear him fall asleep.

I love you too....
