"Brian what are we supposed to do?!?! He's coming and he's gonna make sure Denise gets what she 'deserves' "  I say panicked

He is Denise's asshole ex. Let me explain.

Denise dated a guy named James when she was 15. They dated for a year and he was sweet and loving and they were the perfect couple. They did everything together. One day Denise was partnered with a guy for a project and they became great friends. James didn't like it though. He always glared at her and the guy she was hanging out with. At first no one noticed. But one day I burst into her room and saw her covering a purple spot on her eye with makeup. She told me she hit the door. I obviously didn't believe her but we fought and I had to let it drop. A few weeks later I noticed she's been faking her lovey dovey act with James. I was very curious so one day I stalked them on one of their dates. I saw everything.

I saw him hitting her when she didn't want to kiss back. I saw her crying and he starte beating her up. I was furious and called police and ran inside and hit him in the head with a pan.

The police came in and started dragging him away. He was being questioned and we watched. She was crying so much and I felt so mad at him.

He was screaming saying Denise was a bitch and how she promised not to tell. Then he dropped down crying that he was sorry. Few weeks later he was put in a mental hospital and is diagnosed with Bi-Polar Disorder and Anger Management.

Denise never trusted a guy ever again...until Seal.

I was so stressed and Brian was trying hard to help me but I couldn't calm down. I suddenly felt an arm around me and I looked up to see Carson hugging me.

I sighed and calmed down leaning into him. After that no one else spoke. Brian suddenly stood up and went off muttering something about steaming off. Probably going to race. I stayed in Carsons arms with him mumbling comforting and soothing things as I slowly fell asleep.
