Complicated

Brian's POV

Liv and I were outside on the field away from the party. We wanted a little fresh air and just some peace and quiet.

"Hey Liv, remember when we met up here so you could teach me how to dance?" I ask looking at her

"Oh yeah..." She says smiling at the memory. I take out my phone and play the song. She laughs and as I smile sheepishly

"I think I'll lead this one" I say and take her hand

'All I knew this morning when I woke

We dance slowly at first and I make sure not to be my clusy ass self and not step on her like before

'And all I've seen since eighteen hours ago is green eyes and freckles and your smile in the back of my mind making me feel like'

She starts singing with her beautiful angelic voice

I start singing with her and the whole world disappears. It's just the two of us together. Singing and dancing.

'And all my walls stood tall painted blue
And I'll take them down, take them down and open up the door for you'

I sing looking at her straight in her beautiful eyes.

'And all I feel in my stomach is butterflies
The beautiful kind, making up for lost time, Taking flight, making me feel right'

I twirl her around and she looks at me in surprise but with a big smile.

We danced and sang the whole song. I twirled her and did all kinds of things. I'll admit that I actually put a lot of effort to learn all those things. It was really hard but I was determined to do it to impress her. During the last bit I dipped her and the song ends.

"Wow Brian...I did not expect that from you" She says standing up straight

"Well I wanted to impress you and give you the dance you've dreamed about" I say smiling sheepishly

"I dreamt of dancing with someone who loves me and will take care of me" She says and I pull her closer to me

"Well guess what" I say moving closer

"What" she says and I hold her by the hips

"I will take care of you and I've actually fallen for you" I say and kiss her. I've been wanting to kiss these cherry lips for so long. Her lips were addicting and I just wanna stay like this forever. Everything feels right. This kiss feels so right. This moment feels so right. Everything just feels perfect. Although the moment has to sadly end since we're both breathless. She looks up at me and smiles widely.

"God you're such an Idiot" She says

"I'm your idiot" I say and kiss her again

Yup. Everything is perfect.
