[32] - "Yes!"

N i a l l

One Year Later

"Hello, my name is James. What can I do for you today?" A man behind the counter asked.

"I'm looking for an engagement ring," I stated, fiddling with my fingers.

"Who's the lucky lady?" He raised his eyebrows.

"Charlotte Green,"

His eyes widened.

"Wait, the Charlotte Green, the one who went missing?" I nodded.

"Yup, and I'm Niall Horan."

"Aren't you a little young to be getting married?" He asked.

"I don't think so, she may be only eighteen and I may be only twenty but I know that I want to spend the rest of my life with her. She changed me for the better. If I hadn't fell in love with her, I'd probably be partying every night and having sex with random girls." I said honestly.

He smiled at me.

"Well, Mr. Horan, what kind of ring to you need?"

"Something simple. She doesn't like things too big and glamorous,"

He nodded and left off.
A few minutes later he came back, with a small bundle of little velvet boxes.

After a few minutes, we went through some rings and I couldn't find one that I knew Charlotte would like.

"I have one more," I nodded as he left to go get the ring.

James returned only a few minutes later, with another velvet box. He opened it and I knew it was the one. It was small and simple and not to extravagant.

She'll love it.

"Okay Nialler, we got everything ready, all you need to do is go to the beach and wait there." Harry's deep voice rang through the phone.

"Okay, where is she?" I asked.

"She's out with her friend Meredith because we kicked her out. Zayn dropped off the dress and accessories so he can help get her ready. Louis and Liam are in position and I'm driving to mine," He informed and I blew out a sigh of relief.

I already had my suit on and I headed towards the the beach where we had the bonfire just last year.

"Thanks Haz, it means a lot that you guys are helping with this." I replied, turning down an exit.

"No problem lad, we all love Lottie and we know she'll say yes." He replied and I could picture him smiling.

"Thanks again Haz, I'm here at the beach, so I'll see ya soon."

"Alright, bye Nialler."

The phone line went dead and I parked my truck.

Let's get this show on the road.

"One second Meredith, I'm getting a phone call." She nodded and I pulled out my phone.
