〈37〉Nanatsu No Taizai | Meliodas X Depressed!Reader | You are worth it.

So I'm just going to say that It's awkward for me to read stuff like Meliodas X Readers because with him being 5 Ft tall and me being Edward Elric height, Its weird for me to have the character be shorter when he's the one who's actually the taller one for me .-.

"Hurry it up, LAdy!"

You were currently running around the boar hat, giving food and drinks to the costumers. Ban was cooking, Meliodas was pouring and helping you serve the ale, but people were so demanding that you had to basically rush to get it done and Meliodas was just really slow about it. Elizabeth was trying to help Ban cook, Hawk was eating up all of the scraps, and Diane and King were outside gathering customers. Gowther was supposed to help you waitress around and give people food, but he was more talking then doing any of that.

You would yell at Gowther, but every time you stopped and talked to someone, another drunk male customer yelled at you to bring them more Vanya Ale.

"GeT OvEr Here laDY!" A man yelled.

"C- Coming!" You answered, your head turning to face him, immediately noticing how drunk he was.

You jogged over to him, only to have the man grab you by the shirt of your uniform and throw you down onto the table. "YOU WORTHLESS WOMAN!" He yelled, raising a fist only to punch you in the stomach. "YOU NEVER DO AS YOUR TOLD, " he yelled, continuously punching you in the stomach, even in the face a couple of times. "AND YOU ONLY TAKE UP SPACE! YOU'RE A DISGRACE TO THIS BAR, AND TO EVE-"

"That's enough." A voice muttered angrily, stopping the man's fist from hitting your body.

The man looked over at the person who had stopped his fist from hitting you.

It was none other than the owner himself, Meliodas.

"I don't need the likes of you in my bar." He muttered, angrily looking up at him. "Take your buddies, pay up and leave."

"Why should I lea- Okay Okay I will!" He stopped and payed up once Meliodas had put a hand onto the handle of his so-called sword.

The man and his buddies left the bar, and left Hawk to eat up all of there scraps.

The table was now laying in it's side, you a mess. Scraps were in your hair, some leaving stains on your uniform. Although you couldn't really see it, because over all you were drenched in Ale.

"(F/N), You Oka-"
"I'm fine!" You snapped, standing up and almost falling over. "Im ending my shift.." You muttered, walking up into the room that you had proclaimed yours (That actually wasn't yours because you had to share) and grabbed a change of clothing.

You walked out of the room, and down to the door, placing your hand onto the door handle and opening the door.

"(Y/N).. Where are you going?" Elizabeth asked, worriedly.

"To go and clear my mind."

"Then I'll come wi-"

"NO!" You snapped, turning your head to the side and looking at the from an angle before running out of the bar.

"(Y/N), where are you going?" Diane asked, but didn't receive an answer.

"Hey.." Meliodas walked towards the door, picking up one of the clothing items you had dropped by accident. "She forgot something." He muttered, picking up your bra with two fingers, then chuckling.
