Xavier walked up to Carmen as she waited for the bus. His fingers wrapped around her neck.

"Where the fuck have you been?" He spat.

"None of your fucking business." She replied pushing him back.

Xavier was slightly shocked from her reply, he then grabbed her collar pulling her face to face with him.

"Excuse me?" He asked his anger level rising.

"You heard me." She sneered looking him right in the eye, she could feel the adrenaline coursing through her.

"You must of forgot who you're talking to." Xavier's grip tightening.

"Oh I know who I'm talking to, a prick who can't control himself."

Carmen fell from the power of his hit. She laughed feeling the sting.
"You feel like a man now?" She asked "you can hit a girl."

She stood up pointing at him "all you are is a boy walking around trying to be the next Wildabeast."

"Shut up" Xavier said

"Well listen up, you're not your fucking father!"

Carmen sat outside the var she worked at, she quickly finished her cigarette. She threw it to the sidewalk stepping on it as she walked back in.

"Cover table 8 and 9" Carissa had to leave early. "Her boss said wiping down the bar quickly.

She walked up to table 8 "what can I get ya?"

"I didn't know you work here."

A small smile spread on her face from James voice.

"I didn't know you came to a place like this." She replied pulling her hair back in a ponytail.

"I don't, a friend on the force took me."

Garrett walked into his mom's room.
"Ma?" He said quietly.

She looked over at him as she fixed her dress.

"Baby why aren't you dressed? Is Dahlia ready?"

" I wanted to give this to you." He handed the box in his hand to his mom.

She slowly opened the box revealing all the money he had won fighting.

"Baby, where did you get all this money?" Her eyes wide as she counted.

"Don't worry about it." Garrett dismissed as he walked out the room.
