Dr. Collins rushed to the local PD and met the officer.

Dr. Collins, "how did this happen officer?"

Officer Mason, "she has been a prey to a savage killing, the reason why we had to call you is because after checking her call logs we understood last she has spoken to you and exactly 30 minutes after which she was murdered."

Dr. Collins (in a firm tone), "so what are you suggesting."

Officer Mason, "that you will help us understand who could do such a thing and also to know what was the conversation between the both of you at that hour in the night."

Dr. Collins, "officer let me be very clear, I am will to corporate in this case more then anyone because she was very close to me, but I would also not like to be treated as if I am the one who has any involvement in this."

Officer Collins, "we will carry our investigation the way we have to, your cooperation and conser is highly appreciated."

Dr. Collins was taken into the intorogation room and made to wait there for quite some time, final officer Mason and his colleague walked in with the postmortem report.

Officer Collins, "it has been a strange death, the weapon used was extremely hot and sharp, more like someone has cut her with a hot iron knif. Reason for death of course is blood loss. Sadly we have not found any lead, there are no finger prints except her own in the entire house. So tell me Dr. Collins what you know about Dr. Mary Rogers and what was the conversation."

Dr. Collins, "I had called her up that late to confirm our meeting today morning, we were to discuss the case of a patient named Selena Jackson."

Officer Mason, "we very well know about Selena Jackson, dose she have anything to do with this murder?"

Dr. Collins, "I don't know that but I am telling you this is because I wanted to know from Mary what she knew about Selena. Apart from that Mary was a very kind person, I don't see any person who would kill her because of animosity against her."

Officer Mason, "alright Dr. You have been helpful, you may leave for now but if we will need help we will call you again."

Dr. Collins, "thank you officer, you can call me anytime, also please keep me posted on the proceedings of the case, Mary was like family."

He left and on the way kept thinking why would someone kill her so brutally. He had no one else to think about who could do this except Selena. It was important to find Selena and ensure no one else would die, he called Ivy to find if she was OK, she did not answer his phone but as he reached the hotel, he noticed that Ivy was standing right outside. He got down from the car and rushed to meet her, she looked tensed.

Dr. Collins, "hey what happened?"

Ivy, "she spoke to me."
