Daniya's POV:
I started throwing bottles, punching, kicking, scratching, cursing. I went ballistic. I guess because I never stood up for myself so everything was bottled up and I let it out on the RIGHT person. I BEAT her ass😛.

Next thing I know Jaylen and Keshawn fighting because Keshawn tried to grab me and take me away and calm me down and I guess Jaylen got jealous and pushed him.

So yeah that party was a mess. I fucked shit up HA. Even put that bitch Kmoni in the hospital.

"So Kaya told me you got into a fight." Nicole said (Kayas mom)

"Yeah." Daniya replied.

"Now you ain't my daughter but I think your like one, even though we just met kinda ...I've always wanted a lot of daughters and now it feels like I have three." Nicole said.

The room was silent although Daniya wanted to jump into Nicole's arms cuz she missed feeling like she had a mother.

" I guess I'm just trynna say stay out of trouble Daniya, I worry about you and Lauren too since yall been here." Nicole said with a smile.

"Okay yes mam." Daniya replied.

"Call me Mom or Momma or Nicole." She said awkwardly.

"Okay Mom." Daniya said trying it out for the first time.

She awkwardly walked away to her room.

"Niya we can't stay here." Lauren said as soon as she noticed Daniya come in the room.

"What ...why?" Daniya asked.

"Because John will come looking for us and he will kill us and Momma too If we don't come home." Lauren said with her eyes tearing up.

"Who told you that?" Daniya rushing to her side.

"He did he came up to my school today and he said he need his money one way or the other and if he don't get it Well die." Lauren replied whimpering.

Daniya sighed and then held her sister in her arms.
"Lauren I love you and I will never ever let anyone hurt you."

"I know."

Knock Knock*

"Umm yes?" Daniya yelled out wiping her tears.

Keshawn opened the door and saw Daniya and Lauren sharing tears.

"Ma said dinners ready." Keshawn said.

"We'll be out there in a minute." Daniya said.

"Ight." Keshawn replied slowly closing the door.

"Alright come on let's go eat dinner." Daniya said wiping her sister's tears.

"Hey girls I made chicken, macaroni, and rice tonight." Nicole said as they walked into the kitchen.

They stayed silent and went to their seats.

"Okay no one wants to talk today?" Nicole said as she placed the food on the table.

"Guess not um well I've got some news." Nicole said settling into her seat.

"What is it ma?" Keshawn asked.

"Oh now somebody wanna talk...well I was gonna wait but this feels like the perfect time." Nicole replied.

"I um I've always wanted more than one daughter and now it feels like I've got it so I wanted to know could I adopt you." Nicole continued.

Daniya's felt her heart drop. "That would be the best thing you could ever do for us." Lauren said tearing up.

"Oh really would it , Nicole you aren't helping us by adopting us because YOU want more daughters okay." Daniya said with tears rolling down her cheek and red eyes.
