"Where are you taking me?" I giggled as I gripped Garrett's hand tighter. It was our three month anniversary and he said he wanted to show me something. I hoped it wasn't anything special because all I gave him was a bouquet of flowers (weird, I know.) Three months isn't that important....right? Well it is 1/4 of a year, eh. "For the millionth time, it's a surprise Taylor!"
"You're not going to kidnap me are you?"
"I don't plan on it."
"Dinner?"
"Nope."
"You got me a car didn't you?"
"Nope."
"A puppy?"
"Nope."
"You're taking me to Hawaii."
"Nope."
"Garrett ju-"
"Tada!"
He unfolds the blindfold and I'm surrounded by lights, butterflies, and plants. I have to say it was a jaw dropping moment because it looked like some fantasy world. "Garrett, what.."
"Come over here!"
"I'm scared."
"Taylor!"
I quickly follow the sound of his voice and hold on to his arm, which in fact was very muscular. I follow his smile and see that he's looking at piles of flowers. "It's beautiful." I gasp.
"Wait till you see the view." He takes me to the staircase and we climb up it. Reaching the balcony he points at the piles of the beautiful flowers. I hold on tightly to the railing and I carefully read what the flowers spell. "V....M....A....S?" I turn around, confused. Garrett's holding a rose and a cute little bow tie. "Taylor, will you be my date to the Video Music Awards?"
I run into his arms, kissing his cheek. "I would love to." I smiled.
