"Nobody's figured out the real reason..."
"A blessing and a curse, wouldn't you say?"
"I guess so..."
"You think that you can get away with all of this? Why don't you just... Die!!"
"EEEEEEEEEEEEK-!!"
"Yang! Not again-!!"
"Your turn..."
"No-!!"
"What's going on in here?!"
*SLAM*
"And that's the end of that."

The agency was less fun these days.
Averl was always at law school, Lucas off investigating the disappearances on his own, which left myself, Lily, Niamh, Victoria, Thomas, Kyo, and Sophie. But wait! There's more! Kyo has been working more with my older siblings (the living ones) and Thomas seems to be avoiding us on purpose, babysitting Sophie outside of work more than usual.
Which leaves Lily, Niamh, Victoria, and I.
What fun.
Suddenly, the door was flung open. I looked up from my phone to see three people, two men and a young woman.
The girl had sea green hair in a high ponytail, tinted with a lighter color at the tips. Her eyes were also mint colored. She wore a black suit jacket over a white buttoned up shirt with a black knee skirt and a light teal tie.
The first man had light blue hair with a small tuft of lighter blue. His eyes were the same dark blue as the jacket, pants, and ribbon going up the baby blue shirt. Over the shirt, though under the jacket, was a sky blue vest.
The final of the three had red hair that covered his right eye, though the tips were lighter. And when I say red, I mean RED red. His eyes were also RED red. He had a red vest on over a light, salmon colored shirt. He had a black belt and a lighter red jacket and matching pants. All three had violet gloves on their hands.
"Y-you have to help us!!" the girl cried, running up to me with pleading eyes.
"What's wrong?" Niamh asked, looking over the newcomers with suspicion. "And who are you?"
"Excuse her," the blue wearing man said, stepping forward. "This is my sister, Auralyn, and this is my brother, Yamato." He gestured to the green wearing girl and the red man at the same time.
"And your name is what, exactly?" I questioned.
"Takuya Spadarona," the man told us. "We need your help. We heard that you're the best attorneys in the city, and since our sister was arrested, we're going to need you to defend her."
"What was she accused of?" Lily asked, noticing the ongoing conversation.
"Two murders and an assault," Takuya answered.
"What is this, QS-5?" I heard Niamh mutter. Auralyn chuckled lightly at such, though Takuya and Yamato were nowhere near impressed.
"Next thing you know, a third murder will occur," Auralyn joked.
"How do you know that?" I asked, getting up in her face with a suspicious glare.
"I was in the gallery. Now, moving on, go defend my sister!!" Auralyn cried.
"No need to shout!" I shouted (yes, I am well aware of the irony). "Niamh? Shall we?"
Niamh nodded. "Detention center, here we come."
//April 23, 2032. Detention Center, 10:36 AM//
When we arrived at the detention center, there was a girl on the other side of the glass already. She had pink hair that reached her elbows with highlights of a bubblegum color. Her eyes were pink, as was her pink shirt, which was patterned with a lion of some sort. She had pink and black chains on her shoulders that connected to a choker. They matched the same pattern as her belt of the same colors. The girl had sleeves that weren't connected to her shirt, but were laced up her arms from wrist to lower shoulder with bright pink strings. She also had a dark pink skirt and the violet gloves the other three did.
"You must be the lawyers!" the girl cried. "You have to help me! I don't like being cooped up in this place!!"
"Calm down and tell us your name," Niamh instructed of her.
"Okay... My name is Xoie Spadarona. I'm a new prosecutor working for the local district," the girl answered. "But I didn't do it!!"
"Can you tell us a little bit about the crime?" I questioned, hoping that she would stop yelling once we got into a formal conversation. I didn't know how much more my ears could take...
"Well... I was accused of killing two people and attacking another. But I didn't do it! I just found the bodies!" Xoie cried.
"Do you know who the victims are? And also what the police assume your motive is?" I asked.
"Well... I know that the victims were Ivan Yang and Anna Yin. The one who was attacked was Delaney Kimura, I hear," Xoie answered.
"What?!" I exclaimed, suddenly turning into the loud one of the conversation. "Ms. Kimura was the one who was attacked?!"
"Yeah... Why do you ask? Do you know her or something?" Xoie questioned.
"Yeah! I defended her about two weeks back! She was accused of kidnapping four people who vanished recently!"
Xoie cocked her head slightly. "Uh... What about we move on and talk about something I understand?" she suggested, rubbing the back of her neck sheepishly.
"Okay," I agreed, feeling myself calm down ever so slightly. "Is there anything else you can tell us about the crime?"
"Both of the victims were stabbed, the first in the chest and the second in the neck. Ms. Kimura was hit on the head by a briefcase, I hear," Xoie told us. "I bet that she's down at the crime scene. The police haven't said anything about her being taken to the hospital, so I take it that her wound wasn't severe."
"You sure do sound like you know what you're doing," I commented with a grin.
"I'm a prosecutor. Of course I know what I'm talking about," Xoie smirked.
"If it's okay with you, we're going to head down to the crime scene to investigate what happened, okay?" Niamh said.
"Go right ahead. But come to me with what you find before the end of the day!" Xoie called after us as Niamh and I walked away from her and the detention center soon after.
