5. The true meaning of 'Fun'

We arrived at the park. I looked at them. The were panting heavily and were catching their breaths. I, too was panting.

I relaxed a bit and looked around. The park was peaceful. Not much people are here, considering that its a weekday. I like its quietness.

I looked at the seven of them again and they seem a bit better now. They're not panting anymore and they look.. quite cheerful.

We picked a bench to hang out on. Its located at the side of the park near some stairs.

"So, what do we do?" I ask them.

"We..." Jackson started. "...Parteh!" He exclaimed playing loud music from his phone and danced some moves.

The others just went with the flow and danced with J flawless too. And because I'm as crazy as them, I danced my heart out.

After a few minutes, I just found myself sprawled on the bench, tired. Dancing is tiring, really.

"Hey, guys! I'll go buy ice cream. Wait for me here." Jinyoung blurted.

Wait.. "I'll go with you!" I volunteered and ran up to him. I don't want the past coming back.

"Okay then." He said. "We'll be back!" I shouted to them as we left.

"Let's just buy in the convenience store. The ice cream will melt if we buy in cones." He told me.

"Okay." I replied as he opened the 7-eleven door and went in.

We immediately went to the coolers and picked out ice cream for the gang. He picked out the ones for his members and I picked mine.

After picking, we went to the cashier. Jinyoung took out his wallet and paid for it all. He's a man, just like how I thought of him as a kid.

We went back to the park, only to find a 'still-disco-ing' GOT7. They're funny to look at from afar.

When the six of them saw us, they quickly ran for the ice cream and got the bag. Good thing I'm already eating mine. Otherwise, I would have eaten my ice cream in bad shape. *sigh

We sat on the bench. The others just sat on the floor. The bench was too small for all of us.

Loud music was still playing from Jackson's phone. Jackson kept on saying corny yet funny jokes and we would laugh it all off. This is Fun.

I looked at my wristwatch, surprised to see that its already half past 5 in the afternoon. Shit. I need to go home.

"Hey guys. I really need to go home now. My mom will kill me. I had a fun time with you guys today. I hope that this won't be the last. I'll see you guys in school." I told them.

"Do you need a walk home? We can walk you." Bambam offered.

"Nah. Maybe some other time. Bye, guys!" I waved to them and headed home. I heard their goodbyes from behind me too.

My house isn't far so I'll just walk there. I texted my mom saying that I'll be home soon and she shouldn't worry.

School wasn't bad, except for the 'Mr. Jang scolded us' part. That was rather funny actually. I really won't skip History classes from now on. I really had fun today.

I had fun with the guys today. Usually, I would take classes very seriously. (Hey, I am. Blame Mr. Jang for making reasons for me to skip class) And my life was pretty boring.

I was deep in thought and before I knew it, I could already hear Cream's barking. I just smiled and went inside.

My parents are no where in sight when I got in. I was guessing that they went out for a while. So, I'm going to my room.

I went up the stairs. The first room I pass is Sungyeol oppa's room. Unfortunately, he's not here right now. He went back to his University and was just here for a little break. I started to miss him a bit.

The next door is my room. I went inside and found Cream sleeping peacefully in my bed. He looks so cute and it's hard for me not to wake him up.

I leaned on my desk and put my bag down. I took my phone out and checked a few things about my social media, nothing new.

I felt a bit tired and I decided to hit the sack already. As soon as my head hit the pillow, I dozed off to a deep slumber.

The week passed by surprisingly quick. Everything was the same, except that I spent breaks now with the seven. As usual, they were fun to be with. Some people were surprised to see us eight close but when they saw our closeness level, they just let it be.

Anyway, today's Saturday and I am the happiest on the planet. No school and I get to rest as much as I want. AI mean like, who doesn't love that? No one.

I just woke up a few minutes ago and already showered. Now, I'm thinking of what to do. Suddenly, Cream barked at me, that gave me an idea.

"Cream-ah, I'll walk you, yeah?" I looked at him.

He let out a soft yet happy bark. I got his leash and we went outside.

I carried him til we were at the end of the street because he kept on moving when I tried to tie him his leash. So I'll tie him where there won't be any distractions for me.

I finally put him down. I got his leash. Then he barked, loud then ran straight.

He ran fast. I couldn't catch up with him. He's a bit far now. I ran, too.

Hey! I updated! Btw, home run is finally released! Finally! It sounds so good and the tune is so catchy. Sadly, they didn't win with the song today :(((( please give the song lots of love!

And! I noticed something. The published chap is not complete! Because I have this story in my library. You guys might get confused by reading the next chap so I unpublished this and edited it. I'm soooo sorry. :(
