Chapter 6-Wasn't this a date?

People, you flatter me. 130 reads, God. So people do want Kiba.;) I understand so that why I wrote this. There aren't a lot of books with Kiba as a love interest. What's wrong with those people. LOOK AT HOW FREAKING HOT HE IS. any who. Enjoy with joy.

I entered the house and saw Naruto on the couch. "Hey Mae how was your day today?" He asked I just went to my room and passed out. Tomorrow, a date with Kiba.

I saw my alarm clock it read 6:30. *sighs* "I hate mornings." I said getting out of bed. I then went to my dresser and grabbed some clothes. I then was walking to the bathroom when I thought what am I doing today. Then it hit me. My date with Kiba. I then looked at my clothes. "Ew." Then I remembered what he said yesterday." I'll be there at 12:30, wear something casual and bring Momo." Or something like that. So I went back to my room and grabbed a pink shirt and a short sleeved white with pink flowers shirt.( see picture).

"He said casual but this is a date. Besides I don't know what else to wear." I was walking to the bathroom. When I entered I brushed my teeth and did some other things. Then I took my shower. I changed into my outfit, wrapped my hair in a towel and left the bathroom. I went to my room and blow dried my hair and brushed it. I looked my self in the mirror." God. I look so ridiculous." I then left my room and when to the kitchen. I saw a clock it read 8:00." Dang I took an hour and a half to look like this. I really hope Kiba just likes what I wear to this date." I said out loud grabbing some cereal and almond milk. "NO WAY! YOUR GOING OUT WITH KIBA TODAY!" BUT TONIGHTS THE FESTIVAL THERES GONNA BE FIREWORKS!" Naruto yelled at me. "Psh. Nope. What are you, high! I'm going out to the park. And I'm not going out with Kiba. Psh. Who said anything about Kiba. Psh." I said brushing him off. "Yea you are you even said' I hope Kiba likes what I wear to our date'. He said trying to impersonate me. "I DO NOT SOUND LIKE THAT!" I yelled. He backed up with a sad shocked face. I never yelled at him like that before but I didn't think it was too bad. "I am going on a date with Kiba." I mumbled."I KNEW IT!" He yelled running up to me.he tricked me that Baka, but hey it worked. " yea....what did you say about a festival." I asked while eating my cereal." Ohhhhhh today their having a festival, since today is that the leaf got built." He said pouring himself some cereal. "Wow, I totally forgot about that." I said washing my bowl. "But Naruto, promise me one thing." I said coming close to him till I was right in his face. " what?" His voice was shaking." If I ever see your face at all on this date with Kiba I will put you in the hospital, and you won't be able to go on any missions for a while." I said in a really intimidating voice and my hair was floating behind me."I promise you Mae that you will not see me at all on your date." He said backing up." Good" I said super happily while my hair went back to normal. He then muttered something I couldn't hear what he said I shrugged it off and went to find Momo. " MOMO WHERE ARE YOU. YOU HAVE A DATE WITH AKAMARU. YOU NEED TO GET READY?" I yelled looking for her. I looked in my room. She wasn't anywhere in there. I looked in the bathroom. Nothing. I looked all over the house then I looked at the clock 11:48 " MOMO WHEREVER YOU ARE COME OUT NOW OR WERE GONNA BE LATE!" I yelled starting to get mad. I then walked into the living room. And saw Naruto cuddling Momo. My hair went flying and my eyes started to twitch. " chill Mae. Momo has been with me for like the past 2 hours." Naruto said so nonchalantly not even looking at me." YOU BAKA DIDNT YOU HEAR ME YELL FOR HER!" I said walking up to them." Nope I was to busy sleeping." He said starting to look at me. His face was terrified. " Mae are you ok. Besides its like 12:05 shouldn't you be getting everything ready." He said handing Momo to me. " YEA I AM. IM JUST MISSING MOMO SHE NEEDS TO BE BRUSHED FOR HER DATE." I said my hair starting to calm down."Mae I know what will make you feel better." He says pushing me out of his way and running into his room. Then he comes out with something shiny in his hand. "What is that?" I asked moving closer to him. "I don't a necklace that ki- I mean hinata gave you." He said smirking. I pushed him over and fell to the ground. " where the hell did you find this?!" I asked. "Ow and it was in the bathroom. I found it the other day but we haven't been hanging out together so I never had time to give it to you." He said rubbing his head. "Thank you so much Nono." I said helping him up. Then there was a knock on the door. I ran to it. "Hello." I said "um....." Was the only response."Kiba......Kiba!" I yelled. He shook his head." Hey Mae you look beautiful." I blushed and saw what he was wearing his hoodie. " thanks, let's get going." I said waving bye at Naruto while closing the door. I was about to say something when Momo and akamaru ran off. I was about to to after them when Kiba grabbed my hand." It's ok there on a date too." He said. I sighed." You're right." I said." When am I not" he said." Like always." I said laughing. " whatever, so Mae you wanna grab something to eat? How about ramen." He asked. " ooo yes I haven't been there in ages." I then felt someone looking at us, I turned around only to see an old lady that had yellow hair, I shrugged it off. Then we walked till we got to the ramen shop. I hopped on the seat." One small bowl of miso ramen!" I yelled . Kiba was barley siting down. " who dare walk into my shop and yell at me." Said the old man. Only turning around to see and smile." That would be me your favorite costumer." I said smiling." So it is, and she brought a friend." He said smiling at Kiba." I'll have a medium bowl of miso ramen." Kiba said. The old man nodded and went on to making the ramen. I was looking at Kiba, at his eyes. There was something about them that I could tell was different." Mae, you come here often?" Kiba said to me. I nodded, then our ramen was put in front of us. " thanks!" I said cracking my chop sticks. I was about to eat when I saw that Kiba look like he needed a good laugh. So I grabbed my chop sticks and put them in my mouth like a walrus. I then tapped kiba's arm. He looked at me and started to die of laughter." MAE you look so funny like that!" He said in between breaths." So Kiba, you like. I will become the first walrus hokage." I said to him. And he lost it. I stopped and eat my ramen as if nothing happened. Kiba finally stopped laughing and finished his ramen."you ready Mae, we've got a lot more places to go." Kiba said paying for th meals." Ya,but where we going now." I asked exiting the shop and waving bye to the old man."To the park!" Kiba said grabbing my hand. I smiled." I love the park!" I said. He nodded " I now that. That's why we're going." He said. I ignore that comment. I then felt someone staring at us again. I turned around and saw the same woman from earlier with the blonde hair. I pulled kiba's hand.he looked at me. "Kiba I think that old lady with the blonde hair is following us." I whispered to him." I noticed her too. She smells familiar." He whispered back."I have and idea. Just go along with it!" He nodded . I pulled away from his hand and ran." Kiba, I'll race you to the park. If I win we play hide and seek but if you win we go and prank Naruto!" I said winking at him. He nodded. We ran and ran but I pretended to trip. " ow. I wonder who will help me up. Whatever am I supposed to do. I am only a girl with no help." I said like a robot. Then Kiba stopped running and looked at me." I am me Mae. I will help you up." He said running at me. He picked me up bridal style." Mae. I hope none of our friends are looking. We should go and prank Naruto now." Kiba said like a robot. I nodded. " but you did not win." I said loudly." Who said that I got a pretty girl like you and plus I'm a boy so I was meant to win. Unless it's Naruto. Then I mean he is just a loser." I laughed " you are so right." I said he then put me down by a tree. He sat next to me. " that Baka will never see it coming!" I said. Then the old lady came out and said" I over heard your conversation that Naruto sounds like he is very dreamy and smart and like a really good ninja." Me and Kiba looked at each other. "Nope!" We both yelled. Then the woman was glowing. No she was transforming, into NARUTO. "Hey listen here you 2 I now know that you 2 hate me. The only reason I know this is because I have been following you two around the whole day. And don't even try to prank me." He said looking at Kiba and me. We looked at each other and laughed." Naruto. We. Just. Pranked you." Kiba said in between breaths. "Yea Nono we knew it was you since the beginning." I said starting to calm down. But then I started to get angry I stood up and my hair was floating. And I grabbed Naruto's shirt and brought his face up to mine. " NARUTO YOU PROMISED YOU WOULDN'T DO THIS! YOU REMEMBER WHAT I SAID IF YOU DID AND I CAUGHT YOU. RIGHT!" I yelled "umm.... Yea." He said cowardly. "NAAARRRRUUUUTTTTOOOOO!!!" I yelled putting my fist up. "Thanks" I said peacefully my hair went down and I let go of his shirt. "Ummmm" Kiba and Naruto Both said. I looked at them both." Kiba it's because of Kiba you and I had such a fun time. I want to thank him for that. But I still get one good punch." I laughed and punched Naruto super hard." Ow!" I heard Naruto and another person say. "Lee!" Tenten said running over to him and Naruto. Kiba got up and ran to him so did I. "Mae. Does this always happen when your around him?" Tenten asked. " I guess so I just don't know why?" I then pinched lee and Naruto and they both got up.  I looked at Kiba. Him and Tenten were glaring intensely at each other. " sorry lee,Naruto and Tenten." I said walking away. " where are you going everyone!!!"yelled at me. " I wanted to play hide and seek after Kiba and I pranked Naruto. But I don't know if you guys want to." I said stoping." Yea we'll play." Tenten said excitedly." But Tenten what about our training." Lee said getting up.tenten thought " lee think of it as training. Your using your skills to try to find the enemy or hide from the enemy." He then nodded."if that is the case then I will play with all my youth." Lee said. I started to walk towards them, when I tripped over something, something soft." Ow.. Mae this is a drag put would you mind getting off of me." Shikamaru said. " SHIKAMARU! Why the hell are in the park just laying there.!" I said getting off from him." Well I was watching the clouds then I fell asleep." He said getting up himself."oooooooooohhhhhh....... Wanna play tag with us?" I said regrouping with everyone." That'll be a drag but knowing you it would be more a drag arguing with you. So why not." I grinned. Then I thought to myself wasn't this a date. I shrugged. It was nice while it lasted. " so we will decide who is it by not it. Okay." Everyone nodded." Okay.1...2.......3.....NOT IT." I yelled, Kiba was next then Tenten,Lee, shikamaru and last but not least Naruto." You're it we all yelled." He sighed" okay I'm gonna count to 25 and you can only hide in the park. We all nodded and preceded to hide. We all hid in hard places. I hid in a tree and so did Tenten and Kiba. We knew we were good because it was dark, so he wouldn't be able to see us. " ready or not here I come!" We heard Naruto yell. After like 5 minutes we heard him yell." Shikamaru I found you and you two Lee." They both sighed. I was about to laugh when 2 hands went on my mouth."shhhhhh!" Tenten and Kiba both whispered.

20 minutes later--
" I found you guys!" Naruto yelled at us." Whatever." We said."I'm bored of this game I just wanna lay on the ground and look at the stars." I said getting on the ground."I'm all with Ya." Kiba said laying down next to me. I looked at Tenten,Lee, Shikamaru, and Naruto. Tenten looked Mad and said" Ya so I'm going to lay right next to you Mae." Kiba growled. I giggled, and then looked at the rest of them. " Mae this a really good idea." Naruto said laying by Kiba and Shikamaru followed. Lee frowned and said." Isn't today the day that the fireworks go off." I thought about it." OMG YA IT IS!!IT SHOULD START AT ANYTI---" *BOOM. BOOM*. I was interrupted by the fireworks. I smiled and looked up. Then at the people around me and nodded Yep this is the place that I wanted to be, next to all these Bakas. I then was focused purely on the fireworks when I felt Kiba grab my Hand. He blushed and so did I. Yep I could stay like this forever. The thought never left my mind, this was originally a date. Then I remembered, I never really meet Shikamaru's or Naruto's team. Oops that will have to wait.

AHHH SO I DID IT. I finally finished this chapter. I probably would have finished Monday or Tuesday but I started school again since I was on spring break. I also did say I would at least post once a week so hey I'm still going strong on that. I guess what I did the splits today my friend tried pushing me into my crush and I had my sweatshirt on the floor and slipped on the floor and did the splits. Thanks Haley your the best! Luckily for me he didn't even notice. . The next chapter will be probably about team 10 and 7. And it will probably take me a week to write because I have stupid parcc testing. It's so dumb.
