Ella's P.O.V.

"Ella! Carl's trying to leave! He's on his way now to Hilltop, he didn't want to tell you." I stand up with Shay in my arms.

"What? No! He can't go!"

Enid nods "I'm going talk to him." I say.

Enid takes Shayle and I go find Carl. "Carl what the hell you can't leave!" I shout as I see him.

"I have to to protect you and Shay." He says while grabbing a gun.

"Wait...your not doing this for Maggie your hoping he'll be there! Carl no please you can't!" I yell.

He grabs my arm "You have to understand-"

"I'm coming and Enid is watching the kids." I say grabbing a gun.

Carl grabs it and places it back. "No!" He yells.

"Screw you I'm not letting you go there alone with out me!" I yell back.

Carl nods looking angry. "Fine get a gun your more use to in the closet."

I look at him and nod going into the closet. I look at it ""Carl there is n-" the door gets slammed shut. "Carl!" I yell shaking the door knob.

"Carl let me out you can't do this what if they do go?" I yell "What if you never come back?" My eyes tear up.

"Then...find someone else who can protect you and Shayle." Carl sighs.

I look around while talking to Carl "You know I can't!" I say as I find a hammer. "I love you too much." I bang the hammer on the door knob and it comes off.

I push the door open and run up to him. "You are not leaving with out me!"

"What if we both die!" Carl yells. "What happens then? What will Shay have left?" He yells.

"We won't die, were too strong for that." I tell him.

Carl sighs "Fine I guess." We got our thugs together and told Shayle bye since Enid would be watching her and Judith.

Carl grabs my hand "If I die....stay strong for our princess?"

I nod "Only if you do." Carl nods and we get on the bus. Maggie was lying down still in pain. The plan was to go to Hill Top and get a doctor to look at her.

They were driving until Abraham started to slow down. "What the bitch?" I sit up a little.

"What?" Carl asks.

"They're's people." I say standing up.

"Come on guys." Rick says. We all get out of the bus and Carl keeps my close to him.

They said how they have to take our stuff and kill one of us and Rick said he had to take all their stuff and not kill anymore of them.

Carl grabbed my arm. "Our deal is the only deal, we don't negotiate."
One of the guy says.

"Me and my people have no deal." Rick says looking at me and telling me to go by nodding his head.
