Ella's P.O.V.

"Carl." I groan and see Carl loading his gun.

"Hey baby. How did you sleep?" Carl asks and I smile.

"Good since you were there." I say and Carl smiles as I stand up.

He puts his gun on the table. Carl stands up and kisses me on the lips. He hugs me and I smile. I look over at Kayla who's glaring at us.

"We have to do something about her." I say and Carl grabs my wrist.

"We can let her suffer like she made us." Carl says and I shake my head.

"We don't do that Carl were good people." I say and Carl looks at me then his grip tightens on my wrist.

"She took what was most important to us! She took our unborn child! The Governor didn't know it isn't his fault it's that bitches! She knew if she would've told him he would've just tied you up I even know that but she didn't tell him!" Carl says as I try to pull away from him because he was hurting my wrist.

"Carl stop!" I say but he doesn't.

"She killed our baby!We didn't even get to see the baby or know the sex! She ruined us Ella!" Carl says and I start to cry from the pain because he started to twist my wrist.

"Carl please stop! Your hurting me!" I cry and Carl lets go of me. I fall to the ground and rub my wrist.

"Oh my god Ella I'm so sorry baby I just got mad." Carl says and kneels down to me. He goes to hug me and I shake my head.

"Babygirl I'm sorry." Carl says and wipes my tears away.

I sit up and put my head in his chest. He hugs me and kisses my wrist.

"I'm sorry I'm just pissed at her. I wanted this baby so much and.... and she took the baby away from us." Carl says and I nod.

"Look how about you go upstairs there's a room it's a boys room. Go get some sleep and I'll be up there soon okay?" Carl says.

"But in not tired." I say and Carl sighs

"Ella just go!" Carl snaps then sighs

"Please." he says quietly and I nod.

"Okay. I love you to the end of the universe and back." Carl says and I nod

"I love you to the end of the universe and back too." I say and Carl kisses my lips. I kiss him back and he wraps his arms around my waist.

I wrap my arms around his neck. Our lips move in sync for a little while and Carl pulls away and smiles. We were both breathless "Haven't done that in a while." Carl says and chuckles.

I smile "Know go get some sleep." Carl says and I nod. I stand up and so does Carl. Carl puts his sheriffs hat on my head

"Keep care of my hat girly!" Carl says and I giggle.

"I will." I say and walk up to the bedroom.

When I find it i go in and lay down. I put Carl's hat on the side of me and close my eyes. As I'm about to fall asleep I hear a gun shot.

My eyes fly open. I stand up and walk towards the door. I peak my head out and look down the stairs.

"Carl? Are you okay?" I ask.

"Yeah I'm fine. Stay up there!" Carl says and I roll my eyes.

That boy knows me he should know I'm not going to stay up here. I want to make sure he's okay.I walk down stairs and gasp.

"Carl!" I yell at the sight I'm seeing. Kayla was shot in the head and Carl had the gun in his hand.

"Ella I couldn't let her stay in the same house as you! She ruined our life! Plus she wanted to die!" Carl says and drops the gun to the floor.

"We don't kill people Carl!" I yell and run upstairs

"Ella!" Carl yells and runs after me. "I was just trying to protect you!" Carl says and I shake my head.

I didn't want to be with Carl but I needed someone so Carl was the only person I could go to. I ran to him and he hugged me.

He picked me up bridal. He brought me to the bedroom and laid me on the bed. Carl laid down besides me.

"Im sorry baby girl but I had no choice. She wanted to and I knew you weren't safe with her in the same house as you." Carl says and I shake my head.

"I don't want to talk about it." I whisper and Carl sighs.

He lays his head on chest and I play with his hair. "Do you still love me?"Carl asks and I sigh

"Baby I could never stop loving you! No matter what you would do! Its just hard to see the boy you love kill someone agin." I say and Carl nods.

"Don't be worried though,I will always love you." I say and Carl smiles.

"I will always love you too." Carl says and I smile.I have to admit yes I was a little scared but I just can't stay away from him no matter what he does. I love him and I always will.
