Ella's P.O.V.
"Shh it's okay. We don't wanna wake momma up." I hear Carl whisper as Shayle slightly whines.
"Daddy got you babygirl.Your okay." I hear Carl whisper and I open my eyes. Shayle stops crying.I smile when I see Carl swaying back and forth with Shayle cradled in his arms.
"Mommy is already up." I say as I sit up. I yawn and stretch.
"Im sorry she just started crying and I got her. I guess I didn't get her quite fast enough." Carl says as he sits down next to me.
"It's fine." I say and kiss his cheek.
"She needed a diaper change so I changed her" Carl says and I nodded. "Do you want your bracelet back?" Carl asks. "You threw it at me and I've kept it in my pocket ever since." Carl says and I nod.
"Of course." I say and Carl looks at me.
"Can we have some time alone?" Carl asks and I nod.
"Yeah let me give Shayle to Maggie." I say and take her. It was late at night but. Maggie and all are always up late
"Maggie Carl and I want some alone time can you watch Shayle please?" I ask.
"Yeah! I want to spend sometime with my lil angel before we leave for Washington tomorrow." Maggie says.
"Okay just cone get her in a few minutes." I tell Maggie then walk back to the room,
"I feel so horrible." Carl says and I sit down in his lap then wrap my legs around his waist while also wrapping my arms around his neck.
"Look that's over with, I can't be mad at you any more because I need you more then anything now." I say.
"Well I'm here and I'm never leaving." Carl says. I smile then kiss his lips. I pull away and Carl touches his lips
"God I miss those lips." Carl says "You haven't actually kissed me on the lips for two days." Carl says and I giggle . I kiss him agin and wrap my arms around his neck. He kisses me back and licks my bottom lip. I tug on his hair and Carl grips my back. I moan and Carl deepens the kiss. Someone knocks on the door. Carl gets off of me and opened it.
"Yeah. When? Tonight. I promise." Carl says then closes the door.
"We're gonna get Gareth to come over here and my dad will leave. Were gonna stay with the babies." Carl says. I nod and he sits down besides me.
"Carl.... there's something I have to tell you about Gareth. Y'all don't-" I say then get cutoff by anther knock on the door.
"We're leaving tomorrow can I see my lil baby girl?" Maggie asks and I nod.She walks over to Shayle and picks her up carefully.
"Im gonna miss you so much." Maggie says. I smile
"After you find that cure you find us. We are a family now and family's stick together." Carl says and I nod,
"He's right." I say.Maggie took Shayle with her and it soon became dark. We had to get in our positions. I was holding Shayle and Judith was in her crib while Carl stood with his gun in his hand.
Soon we heard the church doors swing open. Gareth started talking saying who was here and who wasn't.
"Now all I want to do is see my niece and he new baby. Ella I know you had her. Yiu named her Shayle. Named her after your mother. That's so cute. Something to remind us about my sister and your mother." Gareth says and Carl looks at me
"He's your uncle?" Carl asks and I nod.
"Come on out Ella. I would never hurt you like your father did and you know that. I just want to see my great niece." Gareth says.
"Carl i have too. I mean we're family he won't hurt me he at least deserves to see Shayle." I say and Cael nods.
"Go show him her then you come right back! My dad should be coming any minute." Carl whispers and I nod. I walk out of the room we were in and over to Gareth with Shayle.
"She is precious." Gareth says and I smile.
"You know we could've lived together if you would've stopped doing what you are doing and would've let my family go." I say.
"Ella those people aren't your family! I'm your family! Me!" Gareth yells.
"Maybe if you, Alex or Grandma would've came when I said daddy was hurting me then maybe just maybe I would get Rick and all to change there mind about killing y'all!" I say and grab his collar "And don't you dare come ever come near me or my baby again." I hiss and let him go. "Now goodbye!" I say and walk back to the room quickly so he didn't know where I went. Judith started crying
"I like Judith we may just need to keep her." Gareth says and I hear his footsteps. Soon I hear Rick walk in and everything got silent for a little while, it you could hear Gareth's groups plead. Then it was over.
My horrible uncle had died and I didn't feel the least bit sorry. Rick walks in "We found Bob, they took his leg, it the thing is he was already bitten." Rick says.
"What? I didn't even know they took Bob!" I say and Rick nods. "Everyone will say their goodbyes in the morning." Rick says as he picks up Judith and walks away. I was sad because Bob was a nice person, but like Carl said. Family's stick together and even though he will leave us he isn't really leaving us.
