Carl's P.O.V.
My dad woke up this morning and was okay. I wasn't mad at him anymore, I couldn't. He's my dad he tried keeping us safe but in this world you can't really stay safe all the time.
"I really did want yall to have that baby. You know that right? I was just scared to lose Ella I mean she's like a daughter to me." My dad say as I play with Ella's hair.
I shake my head "She was crying yesterday about the baby. Hell I wanted to cry." I say and raise my sleeves up.
"I didn't show her yet." I say and rub the new cuts.
"Can you tell me why you did it again Carl?" My dad asks and I kisses Ella's temple.
"I had just found out my baby was taking away from me and my princess, I found out my sister was also taken away and I had no clue if my princess was taken away from me." I say and Ella nuzzles her head into my chest.
She groaned "Carl." she said and I kissed her cheek.
"Im here princess just go back to bed." I say and Ella nods.
"We're gonna try for anther baby. This time Ella will not leave my side!" I say and my dad looks at me.
"You sure your ready?" My dad asks and I nod.
"I'm ready dad. We want this baby so bad." I say and Rick nods.
"Okay. I'll help protect her with you." my dad says and I smile.
"Thankyou." I say and my dad nods.
"Your mother would be so proud of you helping Ella like this and giving her a grandchild." My dad says and I smile
"She already has one. I know she's taking care of our baby and one day hopefully we will be able to take care of our baby to." I say and my dad smiles.
"I think Ella fells the same way." Rick says and I look down the see Ella smiling up at me.
"I don't feel that way I know it's the truth." Ella says and I smile.
There was a knock on the door. I stood up, so did Ella. I pushed her behind me and grab my gun. I put it up as my dad check who it is. He starts laughing and sits on the couch.
"What?" I ask as my dad just laughs and shakes his head.
"What is it?" Ella asks.
"It's for you two." Rick says and I grab Ella's hand. We walk out side to find Michonne. She smiles then Frowns at Ella.
"Is it true?" She asks and Ella frowns then slowly nods.
"But it's okay because the baby is safe with my mom and everyone else we lost and we're gonna try again." I say and kiss Ella's plum lips.
I smile as I pull away "Never get enough of those lips." I say and Ella giggles "Or that giggle." I say and wrap my arms around her.
"Lets go inside." I say and they nod. We go inside and my dad smiles at Michonne.
"You look horrible," Michonne says with a smile and everyone laughs.
"Baby come sit with me." I whisper to Ella and she nods. I go sit down on the couch and Ella sits in my lap.
"I love you." I whisper and kiss Ella's back.
"I love you too." Ella says and my dad smiles.
"There gonna be amazing parents." I hear Michonne says and my dad nods
"They will" he says and Ella lays down with her legs laying in my lap.
I take her legs off of mine stand up then put her legs on the couch. I crawl into her and lay my head on her stomach. I kiss her stomach and she plays with my hair.
"Well I think me and Ella" I say and kiss Ella's neck neck.
"Were gonna go hang out upstairs." I says.
"Please! No baby making till we go to sleep!" Rick says and I pick Ella up bridal style.
"Then you better go to sleep fast." I says as we walks up the stairs with Ell
"Lets just go outside or something. They really want this baby." I hear Michonne says as I reach a bed room and closes the door.
I throw Ella onto the bed and take off my flannel "You wanna do this tonight?" I ask and Ella nods. "Yeah." She say and I nod while unbuckling my pants. "But Michonne and Rick are down stairs we can't be loud." Ella says and I smirk.
"We warned them didn't we?" I ask and Ella shrug
"Yeah." She says with a smirk. I hope this works me and Ella really want this baby.
