After Miku's little tirade, Rin says, "Screw her," before leaving. Meiko takes her Teto brand sake and bounces, slamming the door behind her, while Luka and Gumi leave in complete silence. And me? I flap my wings and head into my room.

"Treating me like this...." I kick the side of my bed. "You're an inconsiderate jerk!"

"Why is she screaming?" asks an unfamiliar voice. Must be one of the newbies.

"Oh, she's just practicing for a song,"Miku tries to cover it up. "Sometimes she's really loud and obnoxious when she sings!"

The footsteps get louder as I hear them walk past my room, until it eventually fades. "Jerk." Muttering to myself like I used to. Yet I promised I wouldn't... Instead of tearing up her clothes, I decide to take a different course of action. I walk over to my window and open it. Because of her, my wings came out.

So I hop out the window and fly up high. If I can fly away.... "Ugh! She's such a heartless ice queen!"

  "Teto-chan!"

  "It's Teto-san!!!"

  "Kasane Teto!!"

People, passerbys, notice me, shouting and pointing at my presence. Ha! A celebrity flying away from her problems. That'll make the tabloids, no doubt. "Tch!" Whatever. It's either the altitude or the high speeds making it so I can't see clearly, but it doesn't matter right now. For now, I try flying higher and higher, faster and faster, until I'm about to crash harder and harder.

Ir hurts. It must have spread to my wings. I can't go up any longer, so I float down and back to the house. It's dark, and the clouds are gray all over. When I check out my window, it's closed and locked. When I check the door, guess what's also locked? "Ugh!"

"Are you locked out here, too?" A newbie?

There's a girl standing next to me. Orange pixie cut with a purple streak running through the side. White jacket, too. One of the new twins, I guess. "Uh, yeah. Happens sometimes."

"Aw! Kanon won't like this!" Anon whines. "I can already hear the lectures!" I nod. So this girl is one with experience.

" ' Don't speak and ruin everything, Anon!'"Anon continues. "It's like I've already wronged before I even do anything!"

"Just like Miku. She's the exact same way." So Miku's kind of my Kanon. Kind of. " She has the tendency to act like she's so popular, and then the rest of us get treated like dirt."

"She's so overrated!" Anon bursts. "Kanon, I mean. People see her as the cool, dependable class representative type, and I'm the confused younger sister with big boobs." I don't really have that problem, but I guess I can understand. Who wants to grow up in the shadow of someone else's spotlight?

Miku hasn't really.... She's never exactly...warmed up to me. To her I was just some fish in the shark tank trying to be like her. That's all I was back then. Back in elementary school.

"Hi! I'm Teto!" I had said to her.

"I know," her expression said for her. In that "Get away from me please", kind of way. I made her feel awkward just by talking to her. Never did she really respond back, or make eye contact.

One time I decided to sit next to her in the cafeteria. Some of the people she had been sitting with got up and left in disgust, but not because of me. It was because of what she said when they were with her.

Buy whatever the wrongs she committed, it didn't matter once she became Hatsune Miku. The top diva. Going from being unknown to who she is now. "Diva Complex." I like to call it that, but God Complex is also pretty accurate. Become a diva and it is the persona one is forced to take, regardless of how they feel or how they make anyone else feel.

Sometimes she'll act out, in ways she can't really control. One time she's obsessive-compulsive, and the next she's like this. At times like this she blurts out how she feels, things she can't say otherwise because she's unable to relate and share with others.

"That's so sad," Anon comments sympathetically. "Whenever I argue with my sister, she gets over it and apologizes, telling me how much she loves me." One thing Miku can't do.

"Yeah, well..." I turn away. "I don't have the luxury of being Miku's sister."

  "Hrm."

I shake my head. "Let's just go inside, huh?" I find the keys left under the porch and unlock the door.

As we walk in, I realize how bad I feel. Maybe because of the argument or the condition. Either way, it's starting to feel terrible, in and out.

" Let me show you our place," I nonchalantly offer. I can't keel over in front of her.

  "Yeah."

As we continue walking, we see Kanon and Miku about to pass us by in the hallway. "Where have you been?!" Kanon hugs her sister, who tries to reassure her that everything is fine.

Miku and I lock gazes, but she turns hers away. " Hm." We then continue our separate paths in silence. It's just like it's been before. I end up getting ignored.
