I laugh with the other Lunas as one of them tells a joke.

I've really bonded with them over this weekend. Of course, only after they've managed to lose the fear that they had of me.

With me being Valentino's mate, I'll never get any friends because they'll always be frightened of us. So I decided to take action and get the Lunas to forget their fear.

Though it was only out of spite seeing as we're leaving tomorrow.

I haven't seen Ryan again after he saw Valentino. He isn't really one of the people I want to make amends with.

Ever since I told Valentino that Ryan was flirting with me, he's gotten more possessive. He's almost always around me.

Plus whenever we go to bed he's hesitant, but touchy-feely. A hesitant touchy-feely. Like I'm a glass figurine and he doesn't want to break me.

I look around for him and when I don't see him, I quickly grab another cup of gummy bears, then go back to talking to the Lunas like nothing happened.

I started eating the bears and looking at the other Lunas.

There was Cindy from the Green Forest Pack, Sheryl from the Black Rock Pack, Alyssa from the New Moon Pack.

And many others.

They were a nice group of women after you got past how snotty they were.

I walked away from them, looking for something better to do with my time.

I decide to explore the area because, why not?

I stick a red bear on my tongue and turn out of the meeting room.

I turn into a hallway and stop.

Woah... It looks like it goes on forever. There had to be at least forty doors, maybe even more.

I walk and look at the random names on the doors.

Amaryllis. Daisy. Carnation. Rose. Tulip.

The rooms are all names of flowers.

I kept going until I reached the last door. It said in bold letters, Lily.

I started getting curious. Why in the world would there be a whole hallway dedicated to the names of flowers? I reached towards the golden brass door handle, but stopped when I heard a loud growl.

I turned around to see Valentino glaring at Lily's door, like it just attacked me.

He starts to stalk towards me snarling, "Get away from that atrocious piece of standing wood."

I start walking away from the door and towards Valentino.

He sees me walk away from the door and visibly relaxes a bit.

As I reach him, he openly grabs me in his arms and breathes in my scent.

"Don't leave."

I nod.

"What was that all about," I reluctantly asked.

He sighed and said, "Let's go somewhere more comfortable. Like back home."

During the plane ride back home, Valentino was in an unsettling blanket of silence. I practically slept the whole five hour flight back to Oregon.

Since I was sleeping during the flight, after I was still kinda sleepy so I immediately went to bed.

Now, it's about three A.M. and I've woken up. I no longer have the urge to sleep.

But I do have the urge to find Valentino who isn't in bed at three A.M.

Plus Amber won't stop whimpering and acting all depressed.

I slide out of bed and slip on my bear slippers. If you haven't guessed, they have bears on them. They were the closest ones to gummy bears. Oh well.

I quietly opened the door and slip through it.

Now, where would a gumpy Alpha reside?

'Maybe his office,' Amber offers.

That actually makes a lot of sense.

I head to his office while walking quietly to not wake up anyone else who lives in this house. Now that I've thought about it, does anyone else live in this house?

I know most people live in the pack house or have their own house on pack grounds. Though during the day, a lot of people come over to Valentino's house.

I forget my thinking and walk up to the office door.

I take a silent deep breath, soundlessly open the door, and sneak inside.

I close the door and see Valentino sitting in his desk chair, looking at a picture, with, probably, a bottle of Jack Daniel's in his hands.

I silently walked up to him. I noticed him shuffle in his chair due to my attendance.

As I reached his chair, I looked over his shoulder to see a huge family.

A mother, a father, five boys, and two girls.

I looked a little closer to see that the girls looked like Bree and Olivia. And if I really looked hard and thought about it, four of the boys looked like Valentino, Henry, Thorn, and Odis. The last boy didn't ring a bell.

I looked at Valentino to see him already looking at me.

He looked back down and started explaining, "This is my family. My parents, Lily and Brandon, my four older brothers, Ajax, Thorn, Odis, and Henry, me, then Bree and Olivia."

So. It's me. Imma let that all soak in. I would keep going and let it get all dramatic and shiz but I'm too lazy. So see you in two weeks.
