An hour and a half later, we were on the plane, having said our goodbyes to Australia.
A tear trickled down my cheek as I watched the clouds pass by the window. I continued watching the white balls of candyfloss pass, my eyes finally fluttering shut after half an hour or so.

"Abbey, wake up. We're landing in 15 minutes." My mum told me, shaking my shoulder gently.
"Mmm..kay." I groaned, rubbing my eyes. 15 minutes later, we had landed on time.
We went through the whole routine; being shoved off the plane and getting lost whilst finding our bags.
I sighed, waiting for the torturous hour-long car ride to our new house.
