"Well I'll be off then. Nice meeting you." Jack smiled, pulling me into a one-armed hug. He headed for the door and I sighed, being alone was something I really couldn't cope with at this moment in time.
"What?" Jack asked, raising an eyebrow at my sigh.
"Nothing I just don't wanna be alone again. I guess." I chuckled.
"I could...stay if you like? If that's fine with you of course."
"Y-yeah that's fine. Would you prefer to stay in or?" I asked him.
"What do you want to do?" He replied.
"I'd prefer to stay in but we could go to Starbucks or something if you like." I suggested.
"How about we get a Starbucks and bring it back here?"
I nodded, slipping on my white converse and black hoody.
In the 5 minute walk, I learnt that Jack had a twin, Finn, and a younger sister called Emmy Lou.
"So what you do for a living then?" I asked.
"Its probably not really a living but I'm a youtuber. JacksGap?" He said.
JacksGap. That rang a bell, but I couldn't pick out where from.
"I think I've heard of it.." I told him.
We finally reached Starbucks after those 5 minutes. I pushed the thin metal handle, being hit by the beautiful aroma of coffee, cocoa and biscuit. I inhaled gently, taking in the satisfying scent.
"Hello, my I take your order?" A boy asked from behind the counter.
"Sorry..Um I'll have an Iced Frappe to go please." I smiled politely.
"Name?" He asked.
"Abbey." Undoubtedly it would be spelt Abbie rather than Abbey.
"That will be £3.55 please." He asked. Before I had time to hand him the money, Jack had slapped it into his hand.
"Jack you can't-" I began.
"Shh." He chuckled, his plump lips pursing.
"Thankyou." I smiled at him, once we left the shop.
"Anytime." He replied, keeping his eyes fixated on the pavement beneath him.
When we arrived home, I decided to flick on the TV. I curled up on the couch as Jack sat awkwardly beside my head.
"Sorry." I giggled, sitting upright whilst the nature program on the TV babbled on.
a/n: Sorry! I know this isn't really about 5SOS at the moment, but I'm going to skip a few months of the year in England, back in Australia again, then the story will start properly.
