After I had endured the ride to our new house, we finally reached it. Shivers creeped down my spine at the cold air that engulfed me almost immediately.

To be honest, it was beautiful. It was quite large and coated in white paint with no flaws to be seen. The paintwork was perfect, with no cracks and soft green ivy creeping up the side like scrawny hands. That bit kind of worried me...

I took my bags out of the taxi and made my way to the front door, waiting impatiently for my mum to unlock the door. After trying various keys she finally unlocked it. The interior was fully furnished and decorated already with the furniture from our previous home in Australia. I sighed at the thought of everything I had left behind...friends, family, places; everything.

The walls were a pure white, except a mint green one around the protruding fireplace. The silver photo frames from back home were dotted around the room on coffee tables and the fireplace, with the largest one being hung up on my wall of me and my mother.

"Which one is my bedroom?" I asked excitedly.

"Up the stairs and the second on the right, its the last one." My mum told me.

I went up the long winding staircase, this was gonna be a daily exercise.

I opened the door, greeted by a cream coloured room with fairy lights adorning the outer edges. The bed and wardrobe were a dark and glossy mahogany, accompanied by a matching bedside table. I began unpacking my clothes, hanging them all up inside the pretty wardrobe. By now I was completely washed out, leaping onto the floral bed. I huddled up in my favourite position, which never failed to send me to sleep within minutes, holding my bear that I had recieved from Calum. Each of the boys and Aleisha had individually given me a soft white teddy bear with an indivually coloured satin bow that reminded me of them. Calum a blue, Luke a baby blue, Ash a purple, Mike a red and Aleisha a lilac. I found it quite adorable to be honest. All of the other bears were seated beside me. I placed my phone on my bedside table after texting my friends from back home a goodnight, not waiting for a reply. Within minutes, I was in a peaceful sleep.
