chapter 16

Courtney’s pov~

I sit in the padded room alone. It’s dark like my soul. Seeing harry was hard but good at the same time. I’ve missed him but now im sure he knows that im pregnant.  I wish I could hide it forever, but he had to find out eventually.  I sit here starring at the wall. Everyone is scared of me except the only nurse that will come in my room, Her name is patty I think. She is sweet and reminds me of my mother. Everyone knows what I did and they are scared of it. I am use to being a weirdo, an outsider that everyone ignores.

“Courtney I brought your lunch”I hear the sweet familiar voice and I know that It is patty.  I turn around to face her. I can tell she knows ive been crying

“whats wrong sweet child?” she asks coming toward me.

“everyone hates me” I tell her and the tears come down even harder. She wraps her arms around me.

“they just don’t understand you” she tells me and I am reminded once again of my mother. I probably had this conversation with her a million times. “are you okay?” she asks looking at my face.  I don’t speak knowing my voice would fail me if I did. So I just nod. She leaves my lunch on the small table in my room. Its small and plastic. They say if im good I might get chairs too. I eat the shit they try to pass as food. The only thing edible is the apple. I take the stem in my hands and start to twist it.

“a-b-c-d-e-f-g-h” the stem breaks when I say the letter H. Of course it does, I mean harry is my future, my past, and present, He is all I have ever known or will know. I put the tray by the door and sit on my bed. I lay there and cry.

“Why god why!” I scream through the tears. “I miss you, I love you come back to me!!!” I yell, the nurses must have herd me because they all rush in and hold me down to sedate me. I don’t understand  why they feel the need to do  this, I cried every night and no one seemed to care. Everything gets blurrier and soon Its all dark now and I am unaware of anything. The boy with curly hair and green eyes continues to haunt my dreams along with a girl. They are both so beautiful but the baby girl always disappears. Harry and I cry and scream but she is no where to be found. I cant wake up so I am tortured with images of a dead baby.

~Harry’s pov~

I wake up and see Allison laying in my arms. The door opens and liam appears

“what the hell “he screams when he sees us. I know this must look bad but I cant move or even speak. Allison shoots up and tries to run after him. I slowly find the strength to get out of the bed and follow to help her.

“I cant believe this!” Sadie yells holding Allison back.

“let me go!” Allison screams as the tears come down her face.

“you are becoming Courtney, you even sleep with her last victim!” Sadie screams in her face, Victim? If anything this is my fault.

“HE took HER she is the victim!”  Allison screams and it seems her and I are actually agreeing now.

“what the hell?” Brittany says coming from her room and Kaitlin follows soon after her. “Did you two?” Brittany asks looking at Allison then me.

“no!” allisons screams. Sadie finally lets go of her.

“what happened then?” Sadie sounds so cold.

“I was scared and he acted like Courtney and did exactly what she did okay?” Allison explains.

“do you know what liam must have thought I mean you and him slept together then he walks in on you and harry!” kate yells at Allison. What? They had sex? Well its not to shocking but how? Allison looks at me.

“a broken leg doesn’t mean anything.” She says smiling at me. Oh god, I feel so bad liam must hate me and they are going back today. I run out of the house and in my truck and drive to the airport. Maybe I can catch them. I drive for what feels so long. I get to the airport and start running through with only pajama pants on. I slipped them on after Allison fell asleep. I get so many looks some making me blush. I see niall. I start calling theyre names and finally zayn turns around andi catch up.

“he doesn’t want to talk to you” he informs me, great he told them.

“nothing happened She thought of me as Courtney!” I yelled after liam and he continued to go through the security and zayn joins him. I am there alone. Ive lost my friends, the love of my life and Courtneys friends hate me I think.
