*This is the last part, my people! I can't believe it's already over! It seems like yesterday that Toffe almost drowned himself in the pool trying to get to AJ.... Ah, the memories! Reminders: if u want a recording of any of the songs, just post a comment; if I should write a Cody Simpson fanfic that ties in with this one, post a comment; all in all, just post a comment... :) I love all of you, I've had so much fun listening to what u wanted to do to Justin when he was being a complete idiot... Anyway, thanks for reading Too Dumb to Figure Out I'm a Girl, Huh, JB?*
Justin's POV
"Thanks, you guys, you mean the world to me," I said honestly into the microphone. We were at the Teen Choice Awards, and I had just won an award for best male vocalist. It was a tie between me and Cody Simpson, who had also won the same award. Every time they retook the vote, they got a tie. I stepped off of the stage back to my seat.
"Best Album by a Female Artist, AJ Tyler and the Kiss!" AJ stepped up the stairs, looking radiant in her light blue dress. The edge came down to right above her knees, and the hawaiian hibiscus print, not unlike her prom dress, accented her eyes even more. She and the band, were ready to sing one of their songs from "With the Wind". It sounded like Just in Case She's a Believable Liar...
"When you're listening to her voice drone on,
what let's you know she's doin' it wrong?
Is it the glint in her eyes,
that let's you know it's a lie?
Would you believe her word over mine?
Would you trust her sayin' I'm the one who lies?
Or would you hold tight to my hand,
and follow me where ever I went?
Just in case she's a believable liar,
listen to me now.
Nothin' she could do or say,
will ever tear us down.
Trust me when she's talkin' 'bout
all of my shortcomings.
I trust you when you say,
all my flaws are what make you love me..."
Oh, gosh, AJ is amazing! She told me she wrote this one before I realized her secret. I'm so proud of her for making it this far! They finished up the song, but AJ was ushered to stay on stage.
"Now, our Cutest Couple Award goes to... AJ Tyler and Taylor Lautner!" Selena Gomez, the announcer for this year, exclaimed. Taylor didn't come up with her, but as she took the mic, my eyes widened.
"Sorry, everybody, but Taylor and I can't accept this award," she paused, looking for me in the crowd. When she met my eyes, she continued, "We're not together anymore."
The crowd starting "aww"ing, but all I heard was her voice. Selena turned to her.
"Why did you break up?" She asked. AJ smiled and nodded to the Tech people in the back. On the screen behind her read the name of the song she just sang, but written like this:
(JUST) (IN) Case She's a (B)el(IE)va(B)l(E) Lia(R)
"Justin Bieber, I don't know if I'm insane or just head over heels, but I love you with all I am," she said honestly. The crowds started squealing excitedly. I ran up the stairs to her and spun her around. Selena stuck a mic infront of me to catch my next few words:
"I love you, too, AJ Tyler."
The whole audience started screaming, even the celebrities scattered throughout the auditorium. I just grinned stupidly. The most amazing girl in the world was in my arms. And she was all MINE.
I stepped back, and lifted my dogtags over my head, then slipped them around her neck. She touched them in awe, then looked up at me with that same fully happy look I used to see so scarcely.
"KISS! KISS!! KISS!!!! KISS!!!!!!" The audience shouted. And me? Well, ofcourse I complied!
AJ's POV
We were all sitting in the music room, back at the house, me on Justin's lap on the couch, Taylor with Lexxi in the same position beside us. Ryan and Sky were on the floor, punching each other. Well, Sky was punching Ryan, anyway. Ty and Chris were in the bean bag chair looking completely comfortable. Chaz and Sophie were sitting on the other bean bag chair.
"Sky, why are you punching Ryan?" Sophie asked calmly as Chaz played with her hair. They were so CUTE!
"Because I want to tell you the good news, but she doesn't want to!" Ryan huffed, holding back his girlfriend.
"That's because it's not good news," she sulked, punching him again. "It's all you're fault you know." That's when I noticed the ring.
"Sky, what is that on your finger?" I asked her quietly. She froze and gave me a guilty smile.
"A wedding band?" She said as if she were guessing. I glared at her and she put her hands up. "Sorry, sorry! I know you wanted to be maid of honor, but this idiot got me drunk and we drove to Vegas, and for some reason, we decided to get married..."
We all cracked up. Sky looked so flustered, but we knew she was happy with her idiotic boyfriend. Husband..? Whatever they're calling each other.
Sophie looked up at Chaz as we stopped laughing. He smiled gently at her. "Well, Sky isn't the only one with good news," Sophie paused and Chaz took her hand. "Chaz asked me to marry him last night." Sky, Ty, and I (haha, lol it rhymes!) started squealing. "I said no."
All three of us got really quiet in confusion. She grinned at our reaction. Chaz started turning red from holding in laughter. Well, I probably would look the same in his position, we all looked like fish with our eyes wide and our mouths open.
"We're not getting married, but Chaz got me a promise ring, so when we are ready we're promised to each other," she said her eyes glowing.
"Ty and Christian, you have school in the morning!" Ty's mom called. The two groaned and got up as we laughed at their expense. They left, pretty much bouncing off the walls.
I looked around at the faces of my friends as I fingered the dogtags around my neck thoughtfully. In my wildest dreams, I would have never imagined my life could've come this far. As memories went through my mind, I laughed. Justin kissed my cheek.
"Whatcha thinking about?" He asked me. I turned in his lap an looked him straight in the eyes, a smile tugging at the corners of my mouth.
