Justin's POV

It was the last night of the show. I had barely seen AJ, but Alexandra was doing amazing. She looked so familiar with the guy costume on... Suddenly, it was my cue after she sang Airplanes. I stepped onto the stage.

"Oh, my gosh... You came back?" Alexandra asked, saying her line as if she was talking to me personally.

"I couldn't leave you behind. I realized that on the plane. Because I know you'd always come back to me." I leaned in for the kiss, and our lips met. The crowd awwed as the music started for the last song. Alexandra broke away, and started to sing in that angelic voice.

"Like the moon to the night,

Like the sun to the day,

No matter where you go,

You always come back to me.

Like light to the darkness,

Like rain to the sea,

Like two sides of a magnet,

You always come back to me."

I joined her for the chorus.

"Come back,

Come back,

Come back to me.

No matter,

Where life takes us,

Never leave.

I'll follow you to forever,

Kiss you on the clouds of tommorrow.

Making sure we pay off

All the time we borrow."

I pulled her to means I sang the second verse, and we slow danced around the stage.

"Like the smile to your lips,

Like my angel to my dreams,

Like the passion to a kiss,

You always come back to me.

Like the tune to the lyrics,

Like the autumn to the trees,

Like the words to a story,

You always come back to me."

We sang the chorus again, and unlike the other shows, I pulled her to me for another kiss. She smiled against my lips as the curtains closed between us and the audience. We pulled apart for the bows, then she disappeared.

At the end, AJ came out and took a bow. I clapped him on the back. He blushed fully crimson. We waited until the curtains closed again, and we yelled "Hurrah" as was custom on the last night of the show. Everyone was crying, and they came up to hug AJ, since this was the senior musical and this was the last show they would do with him.

My dad was there, along with Jaxon and Jasmin, my half-siblings. I got hugs from them and my mom, then went to find AJ again.

We all packed up and headed to the cast party, which AJ and Lexi's parents had gladly volunteered to host, since AJ was the playwright. It was a pool party, and the pool was completely lit up with Chinese lanterns. The dogs were all at the stables, all seven of Jaiden and Jordan's newborn puppies included.

There was a small platform set up for karaoke or free-styling, on which Lexi stood. She raised a glass in toast. AJ was next to me, hood up. Lexi caught his eye and said something that hurt me so deeply, I had no idea what hit me.

AJ's POV

"Congratulations, to my twin sister, Alexandra Jordan, playwright and lead," Lexxi said with a smirk on her face. I took one look at Justin and saw the disgust on his face and then I was pulled up to the platform by Josh and some of the football players who didn't like me. Everyone else was in shock that Lexxi would go this far. My parents had heard the dead silence and had come out of the house just in time to hear Lexxi tell Justin who and what I was.

I was deposited on the stage and I stood statue still as Lexxi humiliated me further by pulling the zipper on my hoodie and showing everyone my spaghetti tank top. My hair fell out of the hood.

"Would you like to say anything, Alexandra?" She asked, putting emphasis on my name. Pattie had been with my parents and was presently making her way through the crowd. Lexxi held a microphone to my lips.

"How could you?" I whispered brokenly. Lexxi took a step back, shocked. Normally, I never retaliated at her, but she had walked all over me for the last time. "How could you do this, Lexxi, when you knew I was going to tell him tonight?" I asked. She opened and closed her mouth, scared.

"I have never done ANYTHING to you! Why do you have to tear my happiness away from me? You have everything you want, now, right? Fake, plastic friends who will ditch you the second you show feelings, parents who baby you for the littlest thing, a cheating boyfriend..?" She tried to interrupt.

"Shut up!" I screamed, tears starting to flow down my cheeks. I didn't care anymore. Justin hated me, and that was killing me. "You just couldn't stop, could you? Did you know that Mom and Dad didn't even say good job to me, while you got a dressing room full of flowers for locking me in my dressing room on the first night of the show?" Mom gasped somewhere in the crowd and Dad had started coming toward me.

"Yeah, Dad pays attention to me, but only when I'm pretending to be his perfect son. You, you're the stupid "angel" daughter. Yeah, right," I hissed. "This was supposed to be the best night of my life, and you tore it apart just because I finally had something that made me happy. Well, are you happy now?!" I yelled. She flinched and Daddy came up on the platform behind her.

"I hate you! You are the worst sister any one could have!" I flew past my Dad and Justin, and ran to the paddock, crying like a waterfall had exploded on my face. I mounted Diamond, my favorite mare, and rode off bareback. I went to the treehouse Justin and I built years ago.

It was completely hidden, and no one but Justin and I knew where it was. And I think Justin forgot, anyway, so it didn't matter. I sent Diamond home and climbed up the tree. I didn't care if I died from pneumonia right now...
