Chapter 23 "Rouge Eclipse"
We began to haunt toward the house. The window of the two stories home was dark and the structure was very silent. It looked empty but we all knew it wasn't. Our eyes switchback right and forth to the left, listening for any sign of life. MacGregor picks up the pace, covering the front entrance of the yard when out of nowhere a man hidden in the brushes shift before our eyes into a large hairy black wolf with yellow eyes snarling in MacGregor's face. The other members who had traveled stayed still for a moment. MacGregor steps back from the first wolf who had shown himself. My eyes followed the fresh paw prints that suddenly out of nowhere another wolf leap behind MacGregor. It was then I could hear a few words from MacGregor's mouth while the second wolf breath heavy on him.
It was the first time I heard those words spoken and he changes into a white wolf with blue eyes.
MacGregor had thrown himself into the second wolf using his shapeshifting powers to transform as a wolf-like his opponent. A few other witches who had volunteer also shapeshift into huge white wolves with deep royal blue eyes growling until they all leap at once into a battle of huge teeth and claws. Out of hiding came the other witches with many powers to help freeze our opponents in a frozen state until others were able to tie the shapeshift human up.
It was not to my surprise there was many more like an army of wolves of the night. Connor, Jave's little brother lunged at mother knocking her onto her side. Mother taking chanting a simple dagger and stabbing herself in her hand became Connor's worst weapon. A human voodoo doll. It never took any time for her to heal since it was a simple magic spell.
There were many people fighting like my best friend Stormy who shapeshift not into a wolf at all but the power to create someone precious in her opponent life. A mind control beyond anything anyone has seen before. It can drive someone insane if you have killed many and never could get past it. She had the power to see the past. Stormy rival threatening growl grew low. I was sure that she had the wolf under her control.
I never thought out of all her powers she would use this one since we use to play with the class body popular group with it and making their life as much hell as they have given us.
This was the first time ever in the history of any coven that a battle between a witch coven and werewolves ever taken place. The other witches who shaped shift into white wolves were paw to paw with the werewolves. One shapeshifter snarled but then barked, twisting his head on a werewolf. The soft flesh of Jave's sister leg was exposed. Was she his sister anyhow?
This was my time to look for Flower while the witches were at a battle to make a run into the new home they settled in further into a wooded area. There stood Jave's father staring at me. He glances sharply at me as I watch him change into wolf form. I scrambled up, knowing what I should do. My breath was caught in my chest.
"You would never understand foolish witch!" the English professor remarked as he hurdle change into a huge wolf dark hazel eyes.
I was ready for him to tackle me. He continues to snarl in front of me. I whirled around, the energy came from my hands. My shot of energy had missed the werewolf. He growled in agitation as he leaps in front of me closer. Still clasping my fingers tight, He growled, throwing me to the ground. His teeth bit my arm as the blood started to pour. In all fright, I took all the energy I had left and grabbed the werewolf chest. I felt the electric impulsive leaving me. I threw the werewolf off me to the dusky grassy ground. There he laid in a paralyze position shaking in an electric seizure.
I race through the house as they fought between one another taking a look at the strawberry moon. The wolves and my coven over a myth that was my child. There she laid in a crib decorated in white. She was more beautiful than I could ever imagine. She had beautiful green eyes as him and features of her father. Why would Jave just race away with our child? I picked her up in my arms so tightly running down the stairs. The fight continues and the wolves saw to overcome the witches as I looked through the front door.
