Allen and I got out of the car and I started speed walking towards the front door of the people-crowded house, Allen right behind me. I pulled open the front door and pushed aside a couple making out.
"Jen!!" I shouted over the booming music and people.
"Hey!" Someone said next to me. I looked over and saw a short blond girl glaring at me."You're not supposed to be hear!! No freaks allowed!"
I felt somone pulling me away from her, just as I was about to say something I wouldn't be able to say at church. Even though I don't go to church.
"What the hell, Allen?!" I said glaring at him.
He put his hands on my shoulders and motioned to my hands. "Claws!" He hissed loud enough for me to hear.
I looked down at my hands and saw the talons retracting into my fingertips.
"Shit." I muttered.
"Hey! Oh, Joy!!" I looked over at Jen who pushed her way through the crowd of dancing people. "I saw Cayden go upstairs!" She shouted.
I nodded and motioned Allen to stay with Jen. I walked quickly up the stairs and looked around for Cayden. I walked to the first door and knocked on it.
"Cayden?" I said loud enough for them to hear me.
"Who the hell is Cayden?!" I heard from inside the door.
I walked to the door next to it and knocked, louder this time.
"Cayden?" I shouted.
I heard a murmur from inside. I slowly turned the doorknob and opened the slightly. It was a bedroom, and sitting on the bed was Cayden.
Along with a brown haired girl...
And they were making out.
I gasped out loud and opened the door all the way. Cayden launched his head up and stumbled away from the girl. I looked at Cayden, then glared at the girl, then back at Cayden.
"Y-You...You...LITTLE SHIT!!" I screamed. I ran out of the room and down the stairs. I heard Cayden calling my name and running after me, but I refused to talk to him.
I shook my head and grabbed Allen's hand, who was waiting for me with Jen at the bottom of the stairs.
I ran out of the house, and jumped into the car. No less then a second later, Allen was in the car too and starting the engine.
Cayden grabbed onto the open window and stared at me.
"Joy, let me expla-!"
"SHUT UP, YOU DOUCHE!!!" I screamed at the top of my lungs at him. "I don't want your trash." I hissed.
"J-Joy-!"
I grabbed his hand and squeezed it threateningly. I didn't realize my claws were extended, but didn't care. "Let. Go." I hissed.
He let go, hesitantly, and I told Allen to take me home.
