The small walk to the diner was a disaster. It consisted of Yoongi sending Jimin deadly glares, Jungkook staring at Taehyung with loads of adoration in his eyes, and Hoseok attempting to talk to Taehyung but being cut off by Jungkook and ignored by the Tae himself. Taehyung began to wonder how interesting breakfast with the four others would be.

When the five of them finally arrived at the diner, Taehyung slid into a booth. Jimin slid in across from him. Tae waited for Jungkook to sit next to him, however, Hoseok took his place which caused the younger to clear his throat and scoot himself as far away from him as possible. Jimin grinned and nodded towards Hoseok who then smiled in return. Jungkook sat next to Jimin and Yoongi pulled up a chair to sit at the end of the booth.

An awkward silence immediately set in.

That was until Jimin piped up very cheerfully, gushing over seeing Jungkook again.

"If it was any more obvious I'd puke." Hoseok leaned over and whispered to Tae who laughed aloud, causing his orange haired friend to snap his gaze towards him. He thought it was funny how Jimin was so open with his feelings about Jungkook yet the boy never noticed. Poor thing, how would he ever get his attention? Especially since the boy's attention was on a certain alien by the name of Taehyung.

Yoongi seemed to be disinterested in the whole thing and sat there playing with his phone.

"I thought we came here to socialize and get to know each other." Hoseok cleared his throat while looking right at the mint haired boy who in return shot him a glare before setting his phone down.

"Socialize. Right." He nodded his head in what seemed to be a sarcastic manner. "So Jimin, when are you going to confess your undying love for Jungkook?"

Jimin just about lost his shit. He froze in place, wide eyed. He looked terrified before he finally took any action at all.

"What are you talking about?" He played it off, laughing and smiling.

"By the way you're acting, I'd assume that-"

"No, no, no, it's not like that."

Yoongi knew very well how Jungkook felt about both Jimin and Taehyung. He felt sorry for Jimin, so he thought he might as well spare him the pain that would most likely come later. It was also revenge for waking him up. A win win situation, really.

Jungkook had yet to say a word on the matter.

"It isn't?" Taehyung asked, quite amused at how Yoongi could just say it the way he did. He wouldn't dare do that to his friend though he wanted to, many many times.

"I mean–"

Jungkook started laughing. "You guys are funny." He stated and looked at each of them.

"I was only kidding." Yoongi shrugged and smiled right at the flustered boy. Jimin had the most bewildered expression plastered on his face as he sat back in his seat and huffed.

"Do you feel the heat at this table? God it's kind of cramped isn't it? Where's the waiter when you need one?" Hoseok waved his hand around in the air, trying to catch any worker's attention causing Taehyung to laugh again.

Hoseok knew he had the ability to make Taehyung laugh, that was for sure. And he was definitely going to use it to his advantage. After all, humor was his forte and Taehyung was an easy target.

"What else do you think will be said if we have to wait any longer?" Hoseok continued.

"I'm not sure." The younger shrugged.

"Maybe Jungkook will go on a rant about how much he adores you." He wiggled his eyebrows.

"Oh shut up."
