This is (yes) another Bill Cipher Dragon. But this time, the entire thing wasn't done by me! (obviously). Instead, it's a collaboration a friend and I did. She did the line art, I did the coloring, shading, background, and whatever else there was. It was super fun and I hope to do more in the future!!
