The girl that thought

The boy that wished

They both wanted what they could never have

Yet they still tried till their muscle's were strained and bones creaked

They both cried each night wishing the demons would leave

Their parents who tortured them so tearing at their clothes and emotions

They felt so weak and dead inside they couldt take it anymore

The girl moved to a new school with new devils to be tortured by

The boy walked down the lonely halls being scorned by all

The girl found peace in the library
And the boy loved books he liked to hide from the demons outside

The girl just wished for the pain to end, she could take no more

The boy took a left to find a book and saw the girl Broken crying with a river of tears

The boy said i know that pain
The girl asked where he had seen it

He replied with , i see it everyday in the mirror and im just like you

The girl saw the cuts on his arms as he reached his hand out

The girl pulled up her sleeves she had the scars

The boy said your fighting a war too
He broke into tears as he fell to the floor

They huged each other and cried for the rest of the day

Planning to run away the next day
They packed their bags getting ready to leave the next night

They with stood the next day waiting to leave when the clock struck twelve

The night had come enveloping all that was light they left their houses

Running to meet at the train station he saw her he smiled

Getting ready to leave they got on the train picked a seat and slept till the mornings light
