Ron cuddled closer into Dean, if that was possible. The onlooker might think they were trying to join together by osmosis or something.

"I love you Dean." Ron murmured, half awake. The boys were laying on the couch in the common room, kept warm by the blaze of the fire.

"Love you too, Ron. Get some rest. We have class in a few hours." Dean rearranged his arms so he could rub circles on the ginger's neck.

"Mm. Okay..." Ron tucked his face into Dean's chest and closed his eyes. After a moment, his breathing evened out and he was fast asleep.

Dean relaxed after seeing his love fall asleep in his arms. He kissed Ron on the top of the head and craned his neck comfortably over it, and soon his breathing evened out as well.

Hermione and Draco sat in the library during breakfast, silence had fallen between them.

"So what you're saying is," Hermione broke the silence. "Without a good deal of description, neither of us have the power to track him?"

Draco nodded, and rubbed his fingers on his temples. "The spell would work best with only one caster, but if we were to add another person in to the already two, it'd raise the cost even higher." He sighed. "So it could indefinitely raise our energy cost if we keep adding people in, and they might not be sufficient with the spell and waste their own energy."

Hermione rubbed her eye. She had dark circles under them, from not having slept. "I'm exhausted..."

"I can see that. You've time to sleep now, go back to your dorm and get to it." Draco checked his watch. Hermione was excused from all classes, but he had Arithmancy in half an hour. "I'll spend some time trying to figure out how much power we actually need. We have 3 descriptive pieces so far. He attacked Blaise, He attacked Wolpert, and He's a Slytherin." Draco scratched his chin, and crossed his arms, "Assuming the attacker of both Blaise and Wolpert are the same person."

Hermione nodded, and stood up. "I'm off to sleep now, I've got a few hours before I need to get back to the potions lab, enjoy your morning classes."

"Thanks Hermione, have a nice nap."

Hermione left the library, smiling and frowning at the same time.

Ginny frowned and poured over her potions notes. All potions classes had been canceled, but the essay would still be due when class resumed.

The difference between stewed Wortlump tentacles and pickled Wortlump tentacles is the intensity in the painkilling property it possesses, the stewed tentacles will numb the entire body if taken orally, and have no effect topically. Pickled tentacles have an opposite effect when mashed into a paste, only helping topically and having no effect orally. However, when used in potions, the roles reverse once more, and the stewed tentacles help only in topical potions, and the pickled tentacles only benefit the orally-taken potions. Furthermore, if you add both ingredients to the composition of a Wit-Sharpening potion, you come up with an impromptu version of Wiggenweld potion. This potion tends to be weaker than the standard, reacting only with blatant, huge injuries.
