Chapter Five.

Delano in MM

*Delano POV*
"Thanks for a good time baby" the lady said as she gave me $600. I was hired to be a stripper at this bachelor's party, and I ended up hooking up with the bride to be.
Fucked up, yes.
Do I care, not really.
Was it worth it, well the money was yes but the pussy, ehh not so much (it was.. different say the least).
I got up and got showered dressed and left the house without saying bye. I got home and started to destress. Today starts my week off from The Joint, and my classes were cancelled for this same week.
Ain't God Good?
I go in my fridge, just to see that I had so much food, but no damn orange juice.
Great.
I walk to the grocery store and I bumped into a female. "Oh sorry ma'am" I said and I continued walking,  not even looking at her. Shit, I just want some damn orange juice.
"Lony?" A voice said. I turned and looked the girl right in her brown eyes.

"Yo bro" my teammate Derrick said, "look at them" he said and I turned in the direction of a group of girls. But only one caught my eye. She had beautiful long brown hair,  a great smile, and those eyes brings together that beautiful image of a person.
"Go talk to one of them" Derrick said and I decided to dance with the devil and take my chances.
"Hello ladies" I greeted as the girls started giggling and laughing. We conversed for a while and then some teammates came over, including Derrick and eventually I got to talk to this girl. "How you doing" I asked and she giggled. "Fine" she replied and we smiled at each other.  "What's your name" she asked and I admired how gorgeous she was once again. "Delano, what's your name?"

As quickly as I realized who it was, I quickly turned around and tried to ignore her. "Delano, wait-"
"What do you want Ashley" I said, trying not to cause a scene.
"H-how are you? I haven't seen you since high school" she said, as I rolled my eyes. "Okay. Let's now unsee each other and keep it that way" I said. As I tried to leave her, she jumped in front of me. I tried to push past her but she wouldn't budge. "Delano, why you acting like that for?"

"Delano, why you acting like that for" Ashley said, angrily through the phone. I was at home, studying for a big math test. Ash and I been going out now for a year. She's my number one motivation and I'm finally captain and quarterback of the football team. I heard that they are giving out scholarships for football players so I knew to make sure that everything is on point from here on out
"Ashley, I'm sorry, I can't go out with you guys next week, I have a big game that I have to get ready for, more test, can we please just raincheck?" I asked. 2x+56 equals-
"Are you fucking serious? Delano this  was planned for a month and you're going to cancel on me now?" She said, aggravated. I rolled my eyes. "Ashley, you know that I'm trying to get into a good college, get my football scholarships, and trying to do better for both of us, especially since you're going away upstate" I said as I completed the last equation. "Delano, I'm going to go out with my friends and their boyfriends and I'll just bring one more friend okay? I'm over you canceling on me all the time for school, I need attention too" she said and I shrugged. "Do what you have to do baby,  I'll make it up to you" I said and she scoffed on the phone. "Yeah I will" and she hung up.
Females.

"I don't have time for your shit, female can you please move" I said, trying to stray away from saying "bitch". I don't like disrespecting females but Ashley.... mm....
Mmm.
"Wait please, can we just talk? I missed you" Ashley said,  but I refused to hear it.
"If you really missed me you wouldn't have embarrassed me like you did so long ago" I said through gritted teeth. It's taking me everything in me to to throw her ass in the streets.
"But it was so long ago Lono can't we just start over?" She asked. I started thinking back to that night.
