Chapter Twenty-Two.

*Delano POV*

"Daddy!" Deidra yelled as I surprised her by picking her up that day after school. Ashley had a job interview and I wanted to take my baby shopping today. It's been awhile since I picked her up, with the new job at UPS, it was a really demanding job. 

"Hi baby girl" I picked her up and spun her around. "How was schol today?" I asked as she held on to me. 

"I-It was good, I got a sticker for being good, although I got in trouble for taking fat Suzie's cookies away again" she told me. I pinched the bridge of my nose. 
"Deidra, you can't... ahh, let's go baby" I said,  waking her mean ass to the car.
When we got in,  and I buckled her into her booster seat, she kissed my head.  "Love you daddy" she said as I smiled and kissed her back.
I got in the front and began driving to Dee's favorite ice cream shop. 
After we sat and ate, and Dee told me about her day, my phone rang.
"Hey Ash" I picked up Deidra and the ice cream and headed to the car. I was taking Deidra to my mother's  house today, and I wanted to spend time with her before she spent the weekend.

"Daddy" Dee called from the back.
"Yes princess" I looked at her through the rear view mirror. She smiled her mother's smile at me and looked at me with her mother's brown eyes.
"Thank you for being my daddy, daddy" she hugged herself as I smiled back at her on the red light.
"You're welcome baby girl, thank you for being my daughter" she reached out and I kissed her head, knowing what she wanted.
"You made my life better since you've been in it" I said more to myself than anything. I believed that how everything happened, even all the bad with Derrick, was suppose to happen. To get us were we are now. I have a beautiful four-year-old, and I've started to rekindle my relationship with Ashley.
Yes, I want to give her another chance. I still love her and never stopped loving her. I went through thinking this whole time that she hurt me tahe entire time, but I wasn't protecting her. Now that we have this family,  I feel like it's my job to protect the mother of my child as well as my child. To make sure that they have everything. Cuz if anything else happens to them, I am going to blame myself.
I pulled up to my mother's  house and after conversing with my mother for 15 minutes, and telling Deidra that I'll see her soon, I called Ashley to b let her know I was on the way home.
As I was about to put my key in the door an hour later, It opens wide for Ashley to appear in a red robe, with it opened to expose her body inside of matching red lingre.
"Hey." Shesmileda devious smile as she pulled me in gently through the door,  I walked in silently apologizing to the Lord for the ways I was tearing her ass up, tonight.
There were candles everywhere and rose petals leading into the bathroom. I passionately kissed Ashley, wanting to have her now, but appreciating everything she's done for me.
"What's this for babe?" She grabbed my hand and led me towards the bathroom where a hot bath was waiting for me. There was candles also lit by the bath tub giving off a nice rosey scent.
Nothing was said as Ashley took of my shirt and my pants. I bit my lip,trying not to get hard from her touch. I was left in my underwear as Ashley poured some liquid bath soap in the tub, creating bubbles.
"Take off those boxers and get in the tub" Ashley ordered pulling on them. I grabbed her waist and kissed her. "Come in with me" I asked and she giggled.  "Babe the bath is for you"
"And? I don't care get inside with me" I looked at her intensely as I caressed her back knowing she wouldn't derby my request.
Slowly, she began removing her robe, and she took off her bra, exposing her small perky breast. She walked up to me and pulled down my boxers, expressing my now hard manhood, as she slowly blew on it and kissed my tip.
She got up and kissed my ear saying "get in the tub."
I did as told and soon, she was naked and in the tub also, facing me on the other side.
