Three days and counting.

Gano'n na siya katagal wala. Nami miss ko na talaga siya. Para akong tangang laging tumitingin sa driveway ng bahay baka kasi maya maya ay dumating na siya. I miss her scent. I miss her soft skin on mine. Her eyes... Everything.

I know that she'll be back but what pisses me is that she's with Raul. Baka kung anong diskarte ang gawin ng gägong 'yon sa kanya.

It's not that I'm threatened or something but the fact that there's still no clear label between Cat and I bothers me. What are we really?

Fvck buddies? Two parents with mutual understanding?

Ano? Hindi pa talaga malinaw. Well, on her part that is.

My phone vibrated. Pangalan ni Xu Yong ang rumehistrong caller.

"Aiden, please go home right now."

"Bakit? Anong problema?" Hindi ko na nagawang mag hello man lang nang sagutin ko ang tawag. She was frantic with worry.

I heard some shouting on the background that made me end the call and went home fast.

Hindi pumasok sa isip ko na baka mahuli ako dahil sa bilis ng pagdri-drive pero nagawa ko paring i-on ang emergency signal ng sasakyan.

Nagkakagulo ang lahat pagkapasok ko sa bahay. There's one maid that even came running and asked me to help Xu Yong.

I didn't know what's happening but the moment I heard my son's cries, my body went on auto pilot to move and run to them.

What I saw made me shocked, angry and confused at the same time.

Hawak ni Raul ang anak ko sa kamay at pilit na sinasama. JJ was crying, fighting against his hold. Pilit namang kinukumbinsi ni Xu Yong ito na 'wag isama ang bata. Ang mga maids ay nasa likod lang at nanonood. Kinakabahan at natatakot kaya hindi magawang makialam.

"L-Let me go. I don't w-want you. I want daddy! Daddy, help me!!!"

"Please, Raul. Antayin mo muna si Aiden."

"Get your hands away from my son, bastard!"

"Daddy!" All their heads snapped on my direction.

Kinuha itong chance ni JJ para kagatin ang kamay ni Raul.

"Arrrgh!" Tumakbo papunta sa'kin si JJ at itinago ko siya sa likod ko. He hugged my leg while we watched Raul winched for his bitten hand.

"Anong sa tingin mo ang ginagawa mo dito?"

"'Wag kang makialam dito, Faustino."

"You're harassing the people in my house! You're trying to kidnap my son! Does Cat know about this?"

He pulled a gun from his back and pointed at me. Xu Yong gasped beside me like some of the maids "Give me the boy..."

Mas lalong nagsumiksik si JJ sa'kin, umiiyak pa din. "Never. You have to kill me first."

"Fine by me." Seryoso siya sa sinabi. Nakita ko 'yon sa mga mata niya. I know he was about to do it but a voice stopped him to. She walked beside him and turned her attention to our kid.

"JJ come here."

"Cat? Ano bang ibig sabihin nito?" Hindi niya ko sinagot at nanatili ang tingin sa batang humihikbi sa likod ko.

"JJ."

"I don't want to. I'm scared. I want daddy."

"What do you want to happen, Cat? Pwede bang sagutin mo 'ko!" Pasigaw na utos ko.
