Cole's POV

I shot up from the ground. I covered with sweat and as I glanced at the mirror in front of me. My eyes were crimson red and my nails elongated with sharp claws. I shook my head trying to get the image out of my head.

" What's happening to me. What if that beast if right, maybe being a ghost is just a coverup for what I'm truly become." I whispered. The sky was once again cloudy, and the wind sharp. I wasn't sure what to do now. Things around here have been a little too quiet. I got up hoping that this bad dream was just a bad dream. I grab my hoodie and walked out of the room. I peeked at the corner of the hallway. Riku was sitting at the table still trying to figure out the puzzle that the wolf had told us.

I decided to have some fun with her and transformed into my ghost form. I sunk into the ground and slowly went through the table.

" Whoa, what the- Cole!!!" She yelled playfully. " Fine, you got me." She smiled. I laughed and jumped off the table and sat down next to her.

" Are you any closer to figuring it out?" I asked. She shook her head.

" Not really, but it's just. I don't know it's like they might be using us to get to you, but why. I mean what do they want with you and the ninja." She looked at the paper again of where she wrote the names. " I'm afraid Cole, I mean what if our feeling for each other are fake and are just being used to destroy each other." I hugged her.

" That's not true. What I feel for you is truer than anything I felt for a girl." I whispered in her ear. Riku smiled and turned towards her phone. It began to ring that weird ring tone again.

" Oh, it's Lily again. Hello? Whoa, calm down girl. What, another one. Okay, I'll be there in a moment." She hanged up and turned towards me. " It looks like another spirit got lost in her house again."

" Do you think?"

" Maybe."

At the house...

Riku POV

" Okay we're here. Where's the ghost." I smiled walking into the house. Lily closed the door behind me and tilted her head.

" Um..who's we?"

I blushed with embarrassment. That's right she can't see Cole. I could see him behind me trying to keep himself from laughing. I scowl at him. " Come on, let's go find out what's happening."

" Well, I think it's that boy again." She whispered.

" That can't be right he's-I mean I took care of him already." I stated. " But I have an idea of who it can be, and if things get messy you make sure you make yourself scarce." She nodded.

Come out, beast!!! Morrow or whatever you are!!! Cole yelled. That's it!

Cole, can you sense other ghost.

Sure, but can't you do that too?

Yeah, but I might need some extra eyes. Just in case. I stated. He nodded and disappeared through the wall.

" Okay, so describe what this spirit is doing or what it looks like." I looked at her. She seemed terrified to even answer. " Lilly?"

" It was horrible, I mean it was able to take the form of a boy with pale green skin and black hair, but then it transformed into the horrible wolf thing." She whispered. " Riku, it took my sister." I jerked back.

" It what?"

*shattering glass* I turned around the hallways were dark and eery. Something was here, and it wasn't Cole. I pulled Lily behind me just in case. I wasn't sure what was up, but I felt a familiar and dangerous persons around us.

" He's here." I whispered.
