Riku's POV

I look towards the hint of green light that pierced the consuming darkness. I wasn't sure if this was a dream or that I was in the Spirit Realm again. Curiosity, took the best of me, and I continued to walk towards the light. I reached out my hand and the light took the form of a boy.

" Cole?!" I gasped in shock. He didn't say anything, and pulled me into the light. I found myself in another world. No, it was a forest. I looked around. The ravens flew across the sky crying words of fear and rage. I look around, frantically flipping my long wavy hair. My stone around my neck began to glow. A spirit was near, and it wasn't Cole. I continued walking through the uncharted forest. The ravens cries grew louder, and a growling in the shadows stopped me in my tracks. I turned slowly around. " Netherling, I know you're there." I whispered.

Oh..so you know what I am now, but our time is coming to an end. Soon you will be mine and so will your precious ninja, Riku. He whispered cunningly.

" Why do you want us?" I yelled. The creature looked at me and smiled.

The ninja hold a great power and so do you...every single one of the girls do....My master was a fool trying to create a human like Netherling...For the human heart is weak and the emotions strong. He growled disgustedly. I stepped away for a moment.

" What do you mean 'human-like Netherlings'?" I gasped. The beast's eyes glowed faintly. I held out my stone. " Tell me!"

Why tell you when I can show you....Argh!!! The monster leaped at me and I was surrounded by a cloud of darkness. I whipped around trying to stay on my feet and once everything stopped in place. A spray of blood covered my feet. I looked up in total horror. On the ground there were the bodies..of people. I backed away, covering my mouth.

" I'm so close, what I'm I missing!" The dark figured yelled in the darkness. He turned around to a table filled with vials and jars filled with unknown chemicals. " Why does it only work with wolf bodies and not humans, wait!" He turned around and looked towards the screen with the ninja's faces lined up and their bio listed underneath. He pulled out a few vials with a shining substance filled inside of them.

" It's the powers that bring them to life. That's what makes my Netherlings so powerful. Now, #1 here is the power of dimensions." He poured the substances onto the girls skin and as it

soaked down into the skin. A shining light covered her and soon as he continued to do the same process, but with the other four girls. They came to life, but they weren't truly there. " My, Netherlings, my creations I bring you here to help me capture the ninja so that I may hold there power and bring forth a new generation of my creatures!!!" He laughed.

I gasped sharply, and looked at my hands. " Was I just a creation? Then if this true then....Then I was made to destroy Cole."I wake up sharply, jolting straight up. The sunlight pierced through the windows. I winched a bit, not ready for the brightness. I looked around. Well, I think the dreams over, or more like nightmare. I turned towards the corner of the room. Cole was still here. I didn't do anything to him, thank goodness. I felt a tear ready to come out. That dream...is it true. Then as if Cole sensed my fear, his eyes opened up and he turned towards me.

" Riku?" He whispered. I looked at him wiping my eyes to prevent my tears from falling. He got up and sat next to me. Placing his arm around me, he said, " Riku, I know something bothering you." I looked at him, unable to hide what I just saw.

" Cole, the Netherling...he came to me in my dream, and showed me something that I wish I didn't see." I whispered. " I'm afraid of what's happening here. The creature told me that I am a pawn, a mere creation that our Master did. He showed me where every single girl was made. Including Yuki and I." I paused for a moment. " Cole, I was made to capture you, and the ninja." I finally couldn't say anymore, but I got out what I had to. Tears rolled down my cheeks.
