Over the next few weeks, Harry and Draco's relationship was the main topic of interest. Whenever the two had passed by a group of people sitting and chatting, they would all instantly start whispering, casting fervent glances over at them. Draco did not mind be being the center of attention, what bugged him was his father. He had not written to him about it at all, nor his mother. He had wondered if Umbridge really had told his father.

The school was soon divided into two groups, those who supported their relationship, and those who said it was sick. The first group, Just as pansy had told him, we're happy for them, telling them that they knew it would happen someday. Draco was surprised by their reactions, "was it really that noticeable?" He would ask. They would then walk away howling with laughter. The second group, mostly consisted of girls, who would glare at them whenever they past. Sometimes, when they found themselves near someone from the second group of people, they would stop and kiss, making themselves as visible as possible. Knowing how much it would annoy them. Counting on it actually, to make them as mad as they possibly could.

Ron, unfortunately, was still part of the second group. Despite Hermione's attempts to persuade him, he still did not like the idea of his best friend having Draco Malfoy for a boyfriend.

This did, however, relieve a lot of pressure for them, they no longer had to meet in secret, they could hold hands when they strolled the school, and they no longer had to stage fights between the two of them. They still continued to study together, although this time they were known to be study dates and they took place in the library every now and then. Draco still enjoyed the privacy of the astronomy tower but was delighted by the books that they had access to when they were in the library.

O.W.L.S were growing closer and the teachers constantly bombarded them with homework, this also had brought a lot of stress. Which only grew worse as they drew nearer. The two week which the O.W.L.S took place in was the fastest and most mentally straining two weeks that any of the fifth years had ever gone through, the strain lessened as each one of the tests had gotten over with until there was nothing else to do but wait for the end of the year for graduation to come.

Once over, Harry and Draco had more time to spend together, just the two of them without the presence of their books or homework.

"I haven't gotten a note from my father yet," Draco told him one night after dinner whilst they were wandering around the lake. "I wonder what that means. Of course, Umbridge told him, but what is he going to do?" Harry listened as he rambled about his worries about his father.

"I'm so sorry, Draco. I wish there was something that I could do." Harry had no idea how to ease his pain, he had never experienced this.

"Yeah, yeah. I know. But there's not," Draco frowned. "What do you think your parent would think if they were still alive. I mean that in the most not offensive way possible."

Harry gave a small laugh. "I don't know really, I think that they would want me to be happy, and if this makes me happy, then they would be okay with it. But it's really hard to tell what they would have thought about it."

Draco nodded, "does this make you happy?"

"Of course it does."

"Good." Draco stopped and pulled him away from the lake into the forest.

"Draco, do you have any idea where you are going?" Harry couldn't see anything, not even the back of Draco's head, the only thing that kept him going was Draco earnest hand in his own, pulling him forward. They walked onward until Draco pushed through a large shrub into a small clearing, lit only by the dim moonlight. The trees surrounding grew tall, as did the grass below them. Harry followed Draco to the middle, brushing his fingers over the top of the grass.

Draco stood looking up at the night sky, his ashen eyes glistening in the light. "Why did you take me here, Draco" Harry asked, clasping their hands. Draco didn't answer. He looked down at him and placed their lips together. Holding them there for several seconds before breaking apart. "You brought me here so we could suck-face?"

Draco laughed and kissed him again, "yes, yes I did." He said against his lips, the vibration against Harry's lips made him smile. Harry pulled his body closer, needing the warmth of Draco's body. Draco put his arms under Harry's and placed his hands at the small of his back, clasping them together behind Harry. Harry kissed him passionately, shoving his tongue into Draco's mouth, exploring every nook and cranny. Their tongues danced, as did their lips whilst Harry brought his hands up to Draco's hair, ruining the slickness of it.

Breathlessly, Harry pulled away. " I win," Draco said, "you pulled away first."

"I couldn't breath."

"Wimp"

Harry rolled his eyes, " whatever, how would you feel if you had been the one responsible for my death."

"Oh stop overreacting."

"Overreacting! I am not overreacting!" Draco laughed into the top of Harry's head, he took in Harry's beautiful essence before kissing him again. Harder this time, with more determination. Harry pushed back with the same amount of force. Harry tried to pull himself closer but ended up tripping over his own feet and falling over onto Draco. He landed with a small grunt before rolling over so that he was on top.

"Alway have to be on top, don't you?"

"Yes, I do."

Harry pushed Draco off of him, which ended with the two of them wrestling each other for the top.

At the end Harry sat on Draco's heaving chest, pinning his arms to his side. " I win," Harry proclaimed. Draco struggled from beneath him.

"Damn you, Potter." He said through gritted teeth. Harry pulled his leg over and released his arms. He laid beside him and clasped his hand. They laid shoulder to shoulder, still breathing heavily.

"I wish we could stay here all night," Harry said.

"Why can't we? We'll just wake up earlier so we can get back to the castle without being noticed."

"Sounds good to me." Harry nuzzled his head into Draco's shoulder and they fell asleep.

Draco woke when Harry released his hand and pulled away from his body. He staggered to a standing position and looked around with a panicky expression. "Sirius." He mumbled, "Sirius"

"Harry? Are you okay?" Draco sat up.

"No!" Harry yelled at him, "Sirius, he's hurt. I have to go."

"Harry James Potter, do not leave me here without answering my questions," Draco followed Harry into the forest, it was a little lighter this time, but barely, he still had some trouble keeping his eyes on the back of Harry's head as they ran. He caught up to him at the edge of the forest, grabbing hold of Harry's wrists. "Harry, please" Harry stopped struggling to get away.

"I just saw Sirius, he's at the department of mysteries, he's been hurt. Voldemort was there."

"Harry, it was just a dream, he's probably-"

"No, it wasn't like that. Just stay here, I need to go help him. Your father will probably be there and I don't want-" he choked. " I have to go. " he managed. Draco released him and Harry sprinted back to the castle, leaving Draco with so many unanswered questions.
