Sam's POV:
Everyone waved goodbye to us as we got into the limo. Our driver closed the doors. I couldn't stop staring at my ring. It was so beautiful, Jason really did well with this.
"Do you like it?" He said noticing my distraction. I rested my head on his shoulder.
"I love it" I said.
"That reminds me, remember when you used to always ask what are we?" He said. Of Course I remember. That was the only thing I used to bother him about back in high school when our relationship was confusing and messy.
"Yeah why" I said.
"I finally figured it out" he smiled as he stared thinking to himself.
"Really? Then what are we Jason"
"Soulmates" he answered. Soulmates. The question I was wondering for years finally has an answer to it. Soulmates.
So the famous saying was right, every great story has a happy ending. But I wouldn't say Jason and I's story has a happy ending. We experienced tragic things along the way that'll never be forgotten. Such as my parents death, Nick's death, Jennifer's death and Grace's death. But I think those tragic moments made up these happy ones. Life isn't anything without mistakes and misery. There isn't a perfect life and if yours is perfect, you my friend isn't living it right. There isn't an end to this story either, only a beginning. Jason and I will be spending many countless years together, just like the very start. And I'm not planning on ending this beautiful story of ours.
<< 5 years Later >>
The morning was hectic as always. I thought this marriage thing was gonna be easy and all but it was a living nightmare. Sam's constant yelling and the baby's screaming is ruining my mind. You signed up for this Jason.
Yes there is a baby. We was unsure of having another child at first because Sam wasn't still over..the little incident that happened with Grace 5 years ago. But we decided that life is too short to be holding on to the past so we finally had another child. Ryder is his name. I wanted him to be named Jason Jr. but Sam called me rude and conceited when I first suggested it so we went with my second choice Ryder. We had him a year ago, he just turned a year old today.
You would think Ryder is the perfect angel baby, HA! He was the exact opposite, I don't know why but Sam and I always end up raising a devil baby. Ryder is the reason why I don't have any sleep at night. He screams and cries every five minutes it's exhausting. Even when I come back from work he's still crying.
"Sam shut that baby up" I yelled from my room. She stormed inside my room with the baby in her hands. She looked awful as if someone sucked the life out of her. She had dark circles under her eyes, you could tell she haven't gotten any sleep in days.
"What the fuck do you think I'm trying to do Jason? I've been up since 6 in the morning trying to shut him up what have you been doing?" She sassed.
"Telling you since 6 in the morning to shut him up" I said. She grabbed me by the collar of my shirt.
"Listen I don't need your smart mouth at the moment I have bigger problems on my hands do you understand!" she warned. I nodded my head. She went back to comforting Ryder. At that very moment I realized I married the right woman. One crazy special woman. Thank you God.
