Hey guys!

Quick Author's Note!

As you may have noticed, I'm updating now on Wednesday, too. From now until this book is finished, I will be putting Different Call (my usual Wednesday update) on hold and writing two of these a week.

I really want to get it done before Civil War comes out. The reason being that I, A. Don't want the movie to affect what I write for this story, and B. I don't want people getting mad because it's not exactly like the film.

I am basing most of this story off the comics and my own imagination. I'm sorry if it's not exactly like the movie, but hey, this was pre-civil war! I started this book in August of 2015. That was before the trailer even came out! I had no movie material to go on.

Since the trailers have come out, I've hinted little pieces and lines from them into the story, just for fun, but this ending will in no way be like the movie. Because I seriously doubt they're going to go along with the comics, from what I've seen, entirely.

Also! One last thing. This book is coming to a close very soon! We're on Chapter 29 now, and I'm going to write until 40 (plus an epilogue), just like Age of Glory. Of course, there will be a sequel, but I'm going to wait to write it until after I'm out of school, which will probably mean about a month's hiatus. In the mean time, I'll be writing more of Rumors of War and Different Call.

I might even start a new project over the summer ;) No spoilers yet.

CHAPTER TWENTY-NINE

When I arrive outside of the prison, through a giant hole in the wall to where most of the fighting is now taking place, I find the majority of the prisoners trying to find their way through a makeshift portal that Wanda and Stephen are holding open. Wanda is using her chaos magic as Stephen taught her, and Stephen is chanting spells. They look absolute exhausted, but with only a few people getting through a second, it's taking forever. Luckily, they have Pietro as their guard, keeping the circle of the portal safe.

The rest of the team is keeping Team Tony busy, and I think it's safe to say that he's updated his amour... again. This one is at least ten feet tall and silver. It looks sort of like the Destroyer from Asgard, but controlled by Tony himself. He must've gotten an up close and personal look at Asgardian tech and created one for himself. Figures he'd make a new one to battle us.

Bucky is fighting War Machine, Vision is fighting Captain Marvel, Maria Hill is taking Nat on, and many others that Tony has recruited to his side are fighting us. It looks like a war zone on an alien planet. Which is basically what it is.
