First Meeting

Nayeon POV

I hurriedly grab my handbag and flee from my office. It was nearly 5pm and i still in my office. Mommy's gonna get mad if she knew that I was still here. I make a dash towards my car and drove to my parents house. Then I make sure that my dress was there in the car hanging at the back seat. What a relief! Luckily mommy don't get mad. She even smile to me along my way to my bedroom. After washed up, I wears my pink dress and fetch along my white handbag. Not forgetting to put on my favorite lipstick beforehand. Then I make my way downstairs to meet mommy and daddy. We went to a famous restaurant to meet daddy guests there.

Sung Jaein POV

Mom make me to wear formal attire tonight, which I hate the most. In my thoughts, we're going for a dinner at mom's restaurant, just a dinner, not a formal party or whatsoever. I hate meeting guests by the way. It makes me feels like a big burden to meet people that I don't even know at all. Well, being a son of a well known people was very hard. I even have my bodyguard back then. But, what to do, I have to wear those things just to make mom happy. Because all these times, I have always gave them hard times. Then I go to Tiffany noona's room.

"Wow! Baby boy, you look dashing tonight! I'm gonna make you my date tonight. Hahahaha!" she say.

"Hmm. I have to think about it then. But, you're too old for me, dear. Sorry." I reply.

"What a lame excuse. Okay, fine. Let's go downstairs, mom and dad must be waiting for us."she say.

At Le' Fronscere Restaurant

Nayeon POV

"Mommy, we've been here for 10 minutes already. They don't show up at all. I don't like these type of people. Make others waiting for them."

"Well, their house is much more far than ours to here. They take about 25 minutes. Please be patient, honey. Pity your daddy. He want to meet his bestfriend so much." replied Mrs. Im.

"Honey, they're on their way. Please, for me. Okay? I haven't met him for a long time." said Mr. Im.

"Alright, if it wasn't for you, daddy." Nayeon mumbled.

Narrator POV

By then, The Sungs arrive. They are welcomed by The Ims. Mr. Sung and Mr. Im hug each other as they haven't met for a while. While the missus greet each other warmly. Same goes to Tiffany, Nayeon and Jaein, they greet the couples warmly. They sat down at the reserved table for seven. The parents started to talk about their schooldays. Bringing back the old memories throughout the conversation.

Tiffany POV

"Well, Nayeon how old are you actually?"

"I'm 24. How about you?" "Oh, I'm 27. Well then I'm your unnie. Hahaha. And this is my baby brother, Sung Jaein or Jay." "Ah. How old ....?" "I'm 21." "He's such a shy boy actually." I pushed Jay's arm. "Well, it's fine. We're just met by the way."

Narrator POV

They started to dig in. The dishes that they have were the signature dish of Mrs. Sung. Then they started to chat again after the meal. While the kids are together at the balcony of the restaurant, the parents start their main conversation.

Mr. Sung POV

" How about the plan we've been talking before? Are you sure you want to do it? We haven't asked them yet." "That was a brilliant plan, of course. I gladly want to pursue this." "If that so, I'm very happy right now." They called out the kids to the main table and start to play their roles.

Sung Jaein POV

"Jaein, Dad want to tell you something." said Mrs. Sung " What's the deal, dad?" "Well, you have finished your studies. Then I think you should, you know, have someone by your side, to take care of you. We won't always there for you all the time." "Dad, can you please tell me what's going on?" "I want you to marry Nayeon." "What!? Are you kiddin' me, dad? I'm just 21. Huh.. Mom? Is it true? Mrs. Im, Mr. Im?" "We have discussed about this before. And we want both of you to be together. We want all of us to be a family." stutered Mr. Im. "I couldn't believe this... Nayeon noona? Can you?"

Nayeon POV

I grabbed mommy's arm. I was extremely shocked of the breaking news. Me, marriage? Nonsense. "Mommy, what is this? Are you serious?" "This is for your own good. He's the best for you." . . . . . -
