That Saturday...
Atlanta, Georgia
Kris
Awaiting impatiently at the gate of the airport, my lag bounced up and down impatiently as I waited behind the steel bars for Kiki and Kay's arrival.
I was hella nervous and didn't know what to do or how to feel about my baby comin' back, but only for a visit. Me accepting the fact that she was only visiting has yet to settle in, and I didn't even know what to say.
I tried coachin' myself on the way here in the car, along with Krissy and Chezz's advice, but I'an really know how to use it just yet. It's been a long time, and we've tried having the FaceTime calls make up for the lost time, but nothing feels the same than the good touch of my woman.
As the woman announced over the intercom of the incoming flight from New York, my stomach dropped done into my knees as everyone awaited for the people from the plane to arrive.
Once the flight attendants exited first, an uneasy feeling settled in my stomach.
Once two short ladies finally made their way through the doors, they stopped at the baggage claim and hurried over to me. While Kiki ran, Kay continued to walk in her normal place.
"Hey Kris, oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! I've missed you soooo much bruh!" Kiki yelled as she attacked me with the hugs.
I chuckled and hugged her back. "I missed you too. But I mostly missed ma' girl right here."
As I pulled from Kiki, I slowly approached Kay. Her protruding stomach had caught my attention and I was a bit nervous and curious. My worst fears when it came to us had finally exhumed.
She's pregnant, and the baby's not even mine.
Tears sprang from her eyes as we indulged in a long, back rubbing hug. It felt good to wrap my arms around her waist again, but that discomforting feeling of touching her once small waist, did not sit with me.
We pulled apart and I kissed her on the lips, sucking on her bottom lip. Doing this on purpose was to remind my baby who she still was to me regardless who baby she was carrying.
She pushed from me away from her and wiped away at her bottom lip. A playful smirk appeared on her face was she looked up at me, her brown eyes glistening in the lights from the inside of the room.
I picked up their bags and told them to follow me outside to my car.
The sun was going down, and I knew it was now going on right o'clock at night. Kastynn had complained of back and feet pain all day long, so I knew work had her beat of somewhat.
My plan: lather her down in her old favorite body oil, massage her, bathe together, and just enjoy the rest of our night together... alone.
"Oh my God! Mama hooked you up didn't it? Where she at anyway? How about Krissy?! I haven't seen them in sooo long!" Kastynn squealed in excitement. Her cheeks began to turn red from smiling extremely hard.
I chuckled and placed their bags in the trunk, circling around to open the door for the both of them.
"They're more than ready to see y'all, especially you." I pointed at Kay as she climbed into the front seat.
I walked over to my side and got into the driver's seat. Since I've had my car since I've been awake, my mama and Tisha has been working with me on fixing my car up to make it more homey. Only thing I really requested was my name in the leather seats and flashing across my radio every time I turned it on.
