Newt- Before the maze 3

(Right now, Newt is in the maze but you are not yet.)

     It's been so long since Newt left. At first you just asked Janson, Thomas, and Teresa if you can go in the maze, everyday. After they said you weren't ever going to if you asked again. It just made you feel like a little kid. All you could do was watch from the beetle blades.
     Minho had left a month after Newt. You missed them so much. It's been one and a half years since the start of the maze. Alby, the one who's been there the longest, has been there a year. You could tell Newt would not last very much longer. He already tried to commit suicide, but he just injured his leg. It made you happy/sad at the same time.
     Any sign of your name had faded away. He probably dismissed it. You feel Thomas watching you.
     "Can I help you?" You ask rudely.
     "I know you miss them, Lex. It's your turn.," he comes very close and whispers,"I agree, this isn't the way to save the others."
     This made you feel so good. You could help Newt, and Thomas is on your side now."ok"
     You go up to Janson, grab the memory serum, and jab it into your arm. You go limp with the thought of Newt and you together. Luckily he didn't see you had carved Newt in your arm. Janson put you in the box and the world is dark.
